Grant my new building manager has really made this place awesome he's the best. He has been very patient, responsive and thorough helping me resolve some issues I was dealing with. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place now that he's the manager. It's clean and welcoming and I just love it now been here three years and this is by far the best it's ever been. Thanks Grant !!

If you looking for a quiet and affordable apartment in the Royal City definitely check out these. The landlord is amazing and always responsive to boot. Located in the North End of Guelph close to both Riverside Park and Exhibition Parks and a five minute drive to shopping like Walmart , LCBO, The Beer Store or two Tim Horton's.

Grant the new building manager is amazing much better than the previous manager. He has gone above and beyond to support us resolving some issues we have had recently. We highly recommend this place just based on how responsive and helpful he has been. Thanks Grant we really appreciate everything you have done to help us out!
