Asked for warranty information for my 2022 Sentra SR purchased elsewhere. Found a sales rep who directed me to Mr. STEWART MARR, Service Manager. Stewart answered my questions to his best knowledge concering new car battery and tire coverage. He assisted me with oil service data from my Sentra's dash system. He also checked a scrape on my wheel rim for possible repair.

I leased a Nissan Rogue in 2021 my lease is up April 11th 2024....at 30,000 Km, my tires are now bald. I forwarded my complaint to Sudbury Nissan under the 3 year bumper to bumper....They replied: The Company now purchases tires from Thailand { Cheap tires} which wear prematurely

Service today was awesome. Shuttle brought me to Costco then helped me bring groceries back into shuttle. Following this they helped me bring the groceries into the nisson building. When my car was ready they all helped me bring the groceries back into my car. It was so very appreciated. Awesome service staff!! Thank you service team!!

Won't honour my infinity warranty, even though it is the same exact company. they will service it but not honour my warranty. And every other Nissan and Infiniti dealer that I've spoken to said they should be honouring it.

Picked up my 2019 QX50 last week and was disappointed with the detailing. None of the scratches or paint chips were touched up and the sun roof was dirty. The salesman gave me a paint stick that didnt match!!!

Bought my Nissan Versa in 2012 loved this car was so good to me. On Tuesday was hit by someone running a red light car was totaled but we walked away with minor injuries car did one last favor to us. When I get my insurance money I will be back at Northern Nissan.

I bring in my 2012 Nissan Frontier for servicing all the time. It is in perfect condition as a direct result.People have asked me why I go to the dealership when my truck is out of warranty and I could get work done cheaper elsewhere.They're right. I can, and I have gone elsewhere, and sometimes, yes, it was cheaper.... but twice I ended up coming back here to fix what I got fixed elsewhere.I get nothing but friendly, professional and knowledgeable service and advice from all the staff I deal with here.In particular, I would like to acknowledge Shay in reception, Chad in Service and Tyler, who does all the work in the garage.They all make me feel welcome, and I know they go out of their way to fix me up good!I

Terrible customer service. Staff are extremely rude and refuse to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Shop purposely breaks parts on the vehicles. Caught on dash cam of staff hitting vehicle and scratching it as well. Will never buy from here again
