I spent over $5000 in their store the last month I brought my dog every single time and for some reason they decide to tell me I need to have a service dog card there’s no mention the dogs are not allowed on the door not. Single sign. Last time I was there their staff was petting my dog and playing with him. I will never set foot in that establishment ever again that’s not how you treat your customers. Especially those who decide to commute from Montreal and back over an hour just to get to their store. The staff is clueless and unprofessional. I can find everything I need closer to Montreal thanks for nothing

This was my 1st visit and my boyfriend (an Airsoft player) worried I would hate it. It was quite the contrary. This is a huge space, that had lots to offer.Lots of parking space and great opening hours. We showed up at 16h on Easter Monday (2022). We took our time browsing but eventually requested assistance since the store was closing at 17h. Guillaume was AMAZING. He knew his stock and inventory on the back of his hand!!!! What I was looking for was no longer available in my size but my boyfriend did find a belt (thanks to Guillaume's help). This warehouse offers loads of construction/airsoft variety at good prices.Encore une fois à Guillaume pour un service exceptionnelle!!!!!!!

The only place to be when it comes to army surplus, tactical gear, C02-airsoft guns riffles and equipment, work clothing and boots plus military gear all day everyday. Love this place!!

Huge place with decent prices. Helping staff and good merchandise. But beware, one young cashier (glasses and tattoos, mid 20's) was badmouthing a customer.... don't do that, girl! Should gave showed more respect.

Love going here for anything you need for camping or work clothes. Excellent prices. Also really love looking at all the paintball and airsoft guns.

I ordered a pair of combat boots from Pre-fair under a time limit, and the company managed to get the boots to me a whole day earlier than predicted.I ended up receiving a pair of leaky boots (waterproof model, must have just missed sealing a portion), and when I brought it up with the returns department they were quick to communicate with me and help me with my issue - I was the slow party in this case hahaha.They swapped boots and even the size too with no issues after they confirmed that the original pair did indeed have a leak.The customer service has been an absolute delight, and I’d recommend this shop to anyone in a heart beat!
