Love this service. I've had the same dog walker for over a year. They have comparable prices to Rover for daily walks except this is much more reliable and there aren't extra fees on top of walk charges. My pup loves her daily visit and I enjoy the photos and messages I receive while at work when she goes for her walk.

I just wanted to say this is the best petsitting company, I’ve ever used. I just returned from my Christmas vacation trip and my pets were extremely well taken care of by Maria. I had issues getting home due to weather and they continued taking care of my pets until my return which was a huge relief. I got twice daily reports and pictures of everyone which is a huge comfort. I have finally found a company that I can trust will care for my pets as if they were their own. Thank you so much!!!

I have used them before without a problem, however the last time, my best friend stopped by to an unlocked house with my little dog left unattended while I was being charged for intensive car at $50 per 2 hours. This is a service that is supposed to be one on one care not leaving my house open to be robbed and not to mention that my dog could have gotten out and lost. BEWARE!In Response to owner's response...I was informed they would need a key which, I explained I would bring for her. That was scheduled at 2 pm. She left my house unlocked at 10:45 am. All that said, there is no excuse to leave my house unlocked and to leave without informing me.

I am a veterinarian, so of course I care a ton about the health and wellbeing of my two cats. I also travel a lot for work, which means I often find myself in need of a reliable pet sitter to care for them. Hot Diggity! Vancouver is always there for me and my cats, even when I have to leave on short notice. The online portal is a breeze to use when I need to book a pet sitting session, and automatic payments are very convenient. Tiffany, our regular pet sitter, always sends such great photos with each visit and I love reading what her and the kitties have been up to each day. It's clear that she cares for my cats as if they were her own. I highly recommend the team at Hot Diggity for your regular pet sitting needs!
