1. Ordered simple pick-up food for 3 at 6:15pm2. They said the food would be ready at 6:50pm3. They said 10 more minutes.4. I was waiting there (standing) until 7:30pmThe only compensation received was an apology.And that wasn't the first time. They were late twice before. 3rd time's not a charm, so we stopped giving money to this place.

Good food and reasonable priced. Lomg wait for food and drinks. Service was slow even for a slow night we visited on, bit overall was a good experience.Would definately come back again.. Wings were the best from the numerous item we ordered from the menu.

Really nice space and the service was great. The food was a bit lacking though. The breakfast sandwiches we got only had a small thin piece of ham each which was very disproportional to the rest of the sandwich and egg. The cheese on the nachos wasn't really layered either so it was mostly just chips underneath.

Our organization just held a pub night at The Henry, and honestly, it couldn't have gone smoother. The staff was incredible - Natasha, our table's server, was an absolute star. She was one of the best servers we've ever had. The team was a dream to work with and we got some wonderful feedback on the evening and the venue. A big thank you to the entire Henry team for making the night such a success.

Admittedly I was there as they opened... But was a good time for lunch. There's a pool table. Staff are friendly. The food special (1 PC's fish & chips) was delicious and well priced. They seem to have hired one of my favorite people. Alicia is a solid addition to the place. Was happy and surprised to find her there.

Probably the worst experience eating out ever. We went on Saturday Apr 15th for a school fundraiser (burger and a beer for $25).We arrived at 6pm. A server came by and took our drink order and brought our drinks. Then we didn't see him for an hour. We even asked other servers if they could send him back. Finally at 7pm he came and we placed our food order with our tickets.The food arrived around 7:30 and was awful. The burgers were cold and the chips were all burnt. Mine was the worst, as my bun was rock hard (had obviously been sitting in a warming tray too long). I couldn't even take a bite. Sent the burger back and got something somewhat edible at 8pm. The new burger was better, but it had obviously been microwaved as the bun was so hot I could barely pick it up.I realize it was a fund raiser and a big crowd, but I've been to many similar fund raisers at other pubs where the food was at least decent.

We met up with a few friends for a drink prior to going elsewhere for dinner.Drinks and snacks were really good, had the home made chips & a Cinnamon & Tequila drunk. Wow, really good. We will be back for sure.

The most terrible customer service I have ever experienced. Restaurant was not busy and servers were nowhere to be found. Orders were wrong and prior to ordering, food allergies were specified and yet it was presented to us with the allergen item in the food. No solutions were offered, server just said “sorry” and walked away. Do yourself a favour and go to McDonald’s instead because they offer better service than this place.

Terrible. Almost everything was over cooked. Chips were burnt so they’re bitter. The buttermilk chicken sandwich was overdone as well and the breading was hard.
