We have gone to this location 6 times in the last 2 weeks because it is close to our home. It is becoming a family joke - 5 of 6 times our order was botched. The one time it was correct we were overcharged by several dollars. Do better Tim Hortons Sunridge

I don't normally write reviews but I am so disappointed in my experience. I checked my order in the bag after going through the drive thru and it was missing an item so I parked and went in to get the item. Little did I know I was going to get home and have my tea not prepared with what I asked inside and the timbits were the wrong kind. And I understand this is a very minor inconvenience but 3 things wrong in 1 order? Very disappointing.

NOT SAFE TO EAT HERE!!!!!Worst Tim Hortens I’ve ever had. I never leave a review but there is no way I could go on without leaving one. Ordered a sandwich with hash brown and coffee. Hash brown tasted like chemicals the second I took a bite. Sandwich was gross as well. Tasted like it sat out over night. The coffee was burnt and had a chemical taste as well. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs if you care about your health at all. Read the other reviews.

Just ordered a bacon bagel belt. A cornerstone item of the tim hortons menu. The bagel was not even warmed let alone toasted. The bacon was not cooked and the egg was slimey and gross. The staff here are so focused on maintaining speed when serving that they aren't even cooking the food. Ridiculous.

Have experienced mediocre customer service on multiple visits. Workers don’t seem to be friendly/enjoy their work which makes it seem customers are somewhat unwelcome.

Worst Tim Hortons service I have ever received in 36 years. All they care about is the drive thru times. They never make our order correct and when we bring it up politely they get an attitude. I will never go to this location again. Every time I order a bagel they purposely squeeze it flat. Went to another Timmies and the bagel was perfect. If I was the owner, I would clean house! These people are making you lose business.

Worst Tim’s I have ever been to. Every single time I go there is either a issue with my food portions, lack of decent customer service and or work place effort. I’ve never written a review for a buisness, and I travel often and I have never been to such a worse Tim’s. The owner of this location should be ashamed of himself for allowing such poor quality of service.

Even the most simplest of orders are messed up on a daily basis. Order is either totally wrong or so improperly prepared that it's almost laughable.Always double check your order when visiting this Tim's. Photos attached are only a few examples of improperly prepared items from this location.

Stop by at 9:20pm to grab a decaf coffee and a donut. Got a a room temp coffee, and a terrible pastry. Pastry is my bad for getting one that late in the day, but I expected a hot coffee at least.

Between incorrect orders, mashed food, getting attitude because they want to pull food extremely early (to either eat themselves or throw away for the fun of wasting it) and refuse to serve items to customers, or maybe their interest in ignoring customers completely. I live a block away and it is more deairable to go completely without than to bother trying this location. The blonde lady that works there seems to be the spearhead of every problem when I am there. REPLACE HER NOW.
