Knowledgeable instructor, willing to find answers he didn't know off hand.Great classroom and hands on training areas.Some videos were old and had degraded quality (could use some updated safety videos)Complementary coffee, tea and snacks were appreciated.

I took the Fall Protection Safety Program ( working at heights) course with Corey. It was an excellent well organized course, that gave tons of information and allowed for effective communication between our instructor and course mates. I would definatly recommend going here for training. Overall, I was impressed with how quick the process was to get into the course, all administrative duties that were handed as well and further information related to other courses. Both Corey and Erica went above and beyond. Thank you for all your help. I will absolutely go back when I need to do more courses:)

Classrooms aren't my thing so I won't say that training was fun and exciting... But Corey was at least a good trainer and kept things going smooth and on target. Didn't feel rushed through like other training I've had in the past. 5 stars for a 5 star training program. Good job

I attended the lift truck training on 17th March. The instructor was Corey MacLaren, he did an excellent job teaching by giving relevant real world experience and making rather boring subject material actually interesting. Definitely highly recommend McFarlands for any training no matter the experience level, from beginner, intermediate, and highly experienced. Great job.Dennis Halfyard

Took the Fall Arrest course last week, was my first time taking it. Corey did a great job to ensure everyone had the information and training to keep safe, regardless of everyone's skill level going into it, while still keeping everyone engaged and interested. Will definitely come back next time I need the course.

MacFarlands themselves and the training is great, I understand the mask mandate is gone but you should still be screening people... I was in a packed training room and at least 3 people had a cold/infection or covid, coughing sneezing,snorting,filling up lots of tissues and you could clearly hear it in their voice.

I recently purchased a Mercedes Sprinter van for my business and was referred to contact Bruce Fraser at MacFarlands to equip the van and the experience could not be better. I am extremely busy with my construction company and Bruce was fast, extremely knowledgeable and took care of every detail in equipping the van. This level of service is rare and I highly recommend.

Due to Covid-19 we had to conduct our training online the links and instruction were very easy to follow. Our class had Corey who did an amazing job despite having some sound output issues. We got through all the material and complete our Theory Tests. Then scheduled our Practical Tests for the following week. They put together a combo course for us which allowed us to complete training for two subjects at once. very happy with the experience just wish the sounds issues did't push our Practical Test to another day.

I did my Fall Arrest and Elevated Platform training with MacFarlands yesterday. Corey was excellent and kept things interesting the whole day. The staff was friendly and very helpful and the facilities are new and well laid out. I will definitely be back to update in 3 years and would not hesitate to recommend MacFarlands.
