Dollar Haven & Discount

This is a fantastic store! It has a vast array of products...basically anything you might need! It should prove helpful for those camping down at the lake. It's bright and clean and a real asset to the town. Love it!

What a pleasant surprise this was!!! Wasn't expecting such a great store in a little town. Super friendly staff and lots of items I wouldn't expect to find in a dollar store.

Forget what you think you know about dollar stores!!This place had more items and better selection than the big stores all around the nearby towns. We will shop here before going ANYWHERE else in West Elgin.Friendly staff too!!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Great dollar style store in rural area. Prices are a bit high for some things but it beats having to drive to London or Chatham for similar stores. Very good selection of items available.

We are very lucky to have a store like this so close to home. It's my go-to spot for just about everything. And the variety changes each time I go in. Seasonal items change frequently, there's a great selection of birthday and party supplies, craft items are extensive and the gift selection is great! For a small town store it is fully stocked and always friendly.

Absolutely horrid customer service. The owner is ignorant and condescending. Everything is overpriced and terrible quality. Will never catch me shopping in this store again.

Over priced poorly managed the owner is horrible. Don’t pick something off the selves and not buy it. He will hold you in the store accusing you of stealing embarrass you all for nothing.my kids shop their my parent most of my family which has quickly changed from our go to place to somewhere we will never go again. it’s atrocious how this man treats the people in the store. Stay away drive a few min out of town better prices and nicer people

They had almost everything that I needed for my craft. So much nicer drive then driving all the way to St.Thomas.Very friendly staff.

Today I was in the store and grabbing candles. The owner once I reached the till instantly accused me of stealing the socks I had previously put back as I no longer wanted them. He then proceded to walk me through the store, refusing to allow me to leave until I showed him where! He then threatened me with the cops i which I refused to leave until they arrived. And of course he did not. I returned to speak with him and discuss the sutuation and instead he would not give me the time of day and also ignored me.My mom, child and husband / I shop here frequently and I woll not be anymore. If you want to avoid Jacked up prices for toys from dollarama (with their own stickers) be my guest. Just know that the owner and One specific employee whos new (and known to be horrible in town)) absolutely dispicable.
