Please update your website on your status of accepting new patients. I was told by the receptionist that you are not accepting new patients this also includes Dr. Jawad Khokhar.

Dr. Liu is a very kind and patient doctor. I am very thankful for her care. She is very responsible and precise with her work. Every time, she explains everything in detail. My family and I am very glad she is our family doctor.

The secretary needs to be changed as totally unprofessional never answers live on phone I have to drive to the doctors office to ensure my message is understood

Dr. Siddiqui has been my doctor for 5 years and she is amazing. Helpful, on time, and thorough. She listens and tries to help. She gets a full 5 stars. Her office reception has always been helpful however there is a new woman answering calls and she’s rude and short tempered. Not a great look for the office. I had an MRI done asked for the results and she was annoyed to answer my question. Just saying book an appointment repeatedly. Is there a problem or not? I miss the other receptionist.

Terrible. I saw Dr Khokar once, and he was actually great. Dr Liu, however was my doctor and she should simply not be practicing. No people skills and no knowledge to speak of. Prescribes irrelevant medications for symptoms you're not experiencing. She does not care, and has frustratingly poor people skills. Charges exuberant prices for documents and $125 to transfer your records to a new GP. You can keep the records, Liu. I've already switched to a better doctor on Harwood.

Dr Khokhar has been our doctor for the past few years. He has kept my husband and myself on track. In spite of COvid he has managed to do all the follow up and calls us in if need be.

Horrible doctors.Dr.Liu would not NEVER recommend awful doctor.Dr. Khokhar a waste of time, can't even send a proper referral,sturborn and very judgmental . This office needs a change! Lots of complaints. Be aware!

Dr. Liu is an amazing family doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable and works hard to investigate your case. My disabled adult child has had exceptional care with Dr. Liu through his diagnosis of schizophrenia and she was instrumental in getting us support and him on ODSP which normally takes months and for us only took a couple of weeks. She is thorough and caring. Thank you Dr. Liu!!

Dr. Liu is ice cold and uncaring. She didn’t not take your concerns seriously and makes you feel like you’re lying about your feelings. She never has a smile on her face and rushes to the next patient. You feel like you diagnose your own condition and she does not recommend any tests. She gives medications and does no follow up to see if the medication is working. The receptionists are just like her, rude, cold and nasty.

Worst experience ever!!!!!! They have no respect for anyones time. I called 10 am on Thursday morning about an appt when the secretary rudely told me that if my appt was urgent to come in immediately that night rather than waiting until the next available appt weeks away. I called again at 5pm and said I will be bringing in the patient but just to confirm if I arrive at 7pm I will be good. I drove for 2.5hrs with a baby and in a storm to arrive at 6:55 and be told sorry we are full
