We are extremely happy with our new roof!! Garth and his crew from Roof Doctor were exceptional. The team was professional, courteous, clean and just great workers. The final product is amazing. I have used Roof Doctor for years on various homes and I have always been very happy with their work. When the skylight in our current home failed, they came to the rescue again. Howard worked with me to find the best solution for the unusual fitting that needed to be done and the cost was very reasonable. Mike and Troy were the technicians who performed the install and they had such a great attitude, even when being surprised by the odd way the old skylight had been installed. They had a “can do” attitude and figured out how to make the best of the situation. The work was done quickly, professionally and we couldn’t be happier. The Roof Doctor is definitely the cure for all your roof related problems!

I’ve known Travis personally and professionally for a number of years, and he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I no longer live in Kelowna, however recently needed a new roof for our home. Because I was unfamiliar with our local companies here and the entire process, I reached out to Travis to get his advice and ensure we were getting a fair deal and to ask his professional opinion on products recommended to us, etc. He was very responsive, knowledgeable and happy to help even though I wasn’t using his company (I would’ve if we still lived in Kelowna!). The guys were efficient and accommodating. This job was actually replacement of original sand & gravel roof. The original roof gravel was cleaned off and spread on my driveway as it was useful to do that. The old mossy roof gravel was hauled away. The new roof which is roofing material and not sand and gravel will last longer than I will. Thank you. Donna Nicholas

We had our cedar roof replaced with CertainTeed TL singles. The owner, Howard, was of great assistance in helping us choose the style, colour and answered the many questions we had with great patience. He spent many hours with us in explaining the warranty and installation process. His crew were extremely hard working and did an incredibly perfect job. They were very courteous and diligent throughout the job. We highly recommend Roof Doctor without any hesitation.

Howard was professional and personable to deal with. When I had contacted him for a quote I received an immediate response.The quote for removal and replacement was very fair. The work was done on schedule and the crew were great to deal with.Very happy with the finished product and I certainly would recommend this company.

The Roof Doctors are hands down the Wayne Gretzky of the roofing world. We dealt with Travis who is friendlier than my daughters Guinea Pig, and his crew worked harder than a two year old Beaver building a dam in the late spring. The boys majestically scoured the roof like a mountain goat in the Himalayas, with work so precise it’s sure to impress any heart surgeon at KGH. If your worried about cost, DON’T. Compared to our other quotes they were cheaper than a slice of pizza at the Costco Cafeteria.

We recently had Roof Dr install our roof on a new build. They were excellent, they were in contact with us at every step as our roof was complicated they recommended and accommodated some design changes. The crew were friendly and pleasant to have on site and also cleaned up all their garbage.We would highly recommend this company as we were very happy with their product and services.

While I was looking into several companies to replace the roof, I got a recommendation for Roof Doctor from my co-worker. I met Dave there and got a quote of the roof replacement, and he really took the time to get me a very detailed estimate.He explained the price, quality, and color of each sample, the replacement method, and the duration.
