Working with owner Michael Couto of JAM Electric was both easy and worry free. Michael is not only highly qualified in his trade, but also a top notch example of customer service. We were in contact pre and post install for our new heat pump, he handled permits and coordination with our HVAC contractor, explained his scope of work and how he would take care of it and finished off with a walk through of the final product. He and his team are efficient, timely and leave a clean job site. Highly recommended... I'd bring him back anytime.

Michael provided us fantastic service. He is extremely communicative, punctual and transparent. He came into do electric work for a heat pump we were having installed. He coordinated with the HVAC company, was professional, clean and explained everything in detail. Fantastic service and experience all around.

Great experience with Mike and his team! He was referred to us by our contractor for the electrical work for our heat pump. We have little experience with electrical work or what was required, but Mike was upfront, honest and clear about what was needed and would be done. He's very quick to respond to emails and a pleasure to communicate with. Overall an excellent experience, I would absolutely recommend and use JAM electric for my own electrical work again. Jam Electric was referred to us for our heat pump install. Michael was thorough in explaining what needed to be done and did a super clean install in our garage of the new wiring. I would hire him again for future electrical work and recommend his company to anyone else looking.

We hired Michael to assist with prepping our electrical for a new heat pump. His expertise and professionalism were 10/10 not to mention how promptly he was able to come do the work for us. He was even a good sport when our dog stole his shoe and took it into our backyard!! Would recommend in a heartbeat.
