I’ve been coming here for a few years now for regular ultrasounds. Although everything is fine the doctor continues to follow up to ensure I am well and that I haven’t fallen off the map in the medical system. Very busy clinic but run exceptionally well. I have never had to wait long for an ultrasound and they are seamless in their clinical practice. Vaginal ultrasounds can be uncomfortable for all but it’s quick and pain free! Great work, Charm!

Fertility clinics are never a fun place to end up at, but the staff here really is sympathetic and truly has your best interest in mind. I never felt forced or pressured to try treatments I didn’t want to and I was given many options over the course of my time here. They took the opportunity to weigh the pros and cons and ensured I was being cared for through the process. They truly care about your journey and support you through all of the emotional hardships.Nurse Sarah is literally an angel- she is so thorough, kind and empathetic. She was incredibly supportive during my journey and through the losses and literally answered thousands of questions for me. The ladies in the blood lab were always kind and invested in your journey. The ultrasound techs are very knowledgeable and professional too. I was lucky to have success at this clinic and I officially graduated today! We’re expecting twins in the spring. Thank you Charm!

Hi my name is Noura l want to I had a wonderful experience with Charm Fertility and I want to thank all the hosts, nurses and Dr. Lamia. They were very patient with me and helpful to the max. My language was weak and they helped me translate and explain everything slowly. After several attempts we finally succeeded and I became pregnant with PCOS. They were very accurate in Everything related to my health and the health of the fetus, and I would like to thank Heba and treat her well

Dr. Megahed and her team are very nice and professional and everyone really knows what they are doing.Staff, medical care and services are all of high quality. The treatment is amazing and hassle free. Whether you are an outpatient or an inpatient, this will be a welcome and cheer.Five stars for the good care of the nurses, blood work and the doctor. Highly recommended.

The instructions for your initial consultation request that you drink water 1 hour before your scheduled appointment. You actually don't need to drink water because no tests will be done at your initial consult. The email should be updated to clarify that. My consult was with someone I don't even know as they did not introduce themselves to me. Our discussion if you can even call it that, lasted for 5 minutes of the person asking me questions about my health. She then asked if I had any questions for her. It was my first time at a fertility clinic. I don't even know what questions to ask, what the process is like, what kind of tests there are. None of that was discussed or explored. She gave me a requisition for a test for when I have my period but didn't explain what type of test it was and what it does or how to prepare? I requested my dr to refer me elsewhere and it is a night and day difference. My initial consultation with the new clinic requests that your spouse/partner is also present! Charms did not request that at all. How can you assess a couple's fertility issues if you do not have the full picture? I wouldn't recommend this clinic, I don't have confidence that they would treat me appropriately as the initial consult was so awful.

Everybody at Charm is friendly, helpful and kind. The moment you walk in, they know who you are, you life story, why are you there. Looking at the fact how uncomfortable is to get an intrauterine ultrasound, you can’t feel uncomfortable there. Blood work is easy and fast... I have baby veins. They are the best! trust me, is NOT JUST a clinic where you ask for help, is a place where you GET all the SUPPORT you need when you have no more hope. <3 Thank you Charm for my angel !!!

From me and my child karam I would like to say thank you to Dr Lamia and her medical team especially the lab girls for their follow-up, care and attention starting from pregnancy planning until after childbirthThey are very kind and friendly.

Dr. Waseema Hoosainny is probably the least gentle doctor I have come across. She conducted my biopsy, which is already unpleasant, and made the experience worse. She was not only rude and rough but didn’t explain the process or the aftercare. She knew I was uncomfortable and in pain and got mad at me for that. After, I was in pain and bleeding and had to ask the receptionist for help.In addition, I was told I would receive my results 6 weeks after the procedure but at that point was told (very rudely by the Dr.) it was an additional 4 weeks (total 10 weeks). At the 10 week mark I didn’t receive any follow up from the doctor, and had to call myself and surprise, the report was ready.I’m never going back to this clinic, I was referred by my family doctor but have already asked for a different clinic. If you want gentle and kind, Dr. Hoosainny is NOT the one.

GO TO ANOTHER CLINIC!The staff have no empathy for patients! Their paperwork openly invites partners into procedures. However in reality, they will not allow the male partner in or will refuse to perform a procedure (after you’ve paid for it) because the male partner wishes to be thereThe female staff will not speak directly to the male partner.The staff switch to Arabic to speak about patients while in presence of patients.Conflicting information provided to patients. We (a couple) had separate appointments because of our work schedules. Each day, we would confer and quickly realized that we had different information coming from these consults. We had to come to appointments together to ensure we had consistent information. This includes conference calls when speaking to office staff.The doctor will inform you to set a follow up appointment in two weeks, by the time you walk out to the front desk and ask office staff to set a follow up appointment, they dismiss you without you finishing your request. Have to call in the next day to be told they are booked… therefore you miss that month’s cycle.If you do have the unfortunate experience of attending this clinic, please advocate for yourself! You will often not be provided options or choices, inquire about everything! Choose the best course for you. Not everyone is the same and the same treatment does not work for everyone. (but those treatments make a lot of $$$)There are other clinics with better experiences within a 20 minute drive. Unfortunately we started with Charm and will be going elsewhere after multiple awful experiences.Edit two months later: After leaving this clinic for a better one. We successfully conceived with minimal intervention. Wish we didn’t spent a year and a ton of wasted money at this awful clinic.
