A neighbor recommended this firm so we decided to call them, expecting that we would be arrange a service call in a week or so. Instead, they were able to come the same day. I don't understand. I have used this company for years and they have been great. The guys that have come to my work and home have been just great. Fast, professional, courteous.Today I called for the third time about a small job I have needed done for over 6 weeks now. The lady said she doesn't know why they guys won't call me back to set up a time or come by. I asked her to tell me if they are too busy to help me out and she replied, WE'RE TOO BUSY."Thanks for just telling your customers to take a hike."

Called Ballam Plumbing to move a water line for our fridge that was preventing me from installing a new dishwasher. They are polite, professional and were able to get a plumber over the same day. Very much appreciated. Highly recommended. Easy to see why they have an A+ BBB rating.
