CEFA Early Learning Langley City Centre

TEACHER TURNOVERHave had my child at CEFA (is still there) since they opened. The positives are the facilities, camera, meals, friendly staff.Unfortunately my daughter has not had a permanent teacher for more than 3-4 months at a time. Parents are very rarely notified of teacher changes and when they are, it’s after the teacher has left. I have asked numerous times to be informed of upcoming teacher changes. I know many parents who moved thier kids to other schools for this reason.I feel badly for my daughter to have not had a stable teacher presence during the first 3 years of her life.I wanted to give the school a chance since they only opened in 2021 but two years in it is the same issue. Hard to find another school with openings in the area..Unfortunately as I write this another teacher, also there for about 3 months, has moved on (this one transferred to another CEFA location) and no one, and I believe, not even her fellow teachers, knew until the very last minute. And again, I also didn’t know there was a new teacher in my daughters class until I saw it on the camera.Children have no chance to say goodbye to the teachers. How is this healthy for kids as they just form a bond with the teacher only to have it cut off??I had high hopes in the beginning based on how well they market themselves but I now set my expectations very low.I’m hoping the school will act after this post to affect some positive change about this point.

Our child is very happy at CEFA. The curriculum encourages creativity, STEM and independence. We consider the teachers an extended part of our family. Being a new center I think they have gone through some growing pains but the believe they are on the right track. We are also very glad principal Emily is now working here.

My daughter has been attending here since November 2021. The teachers are really sweet and we enjoy having her here. Our son will be attending later this year as well. :)

We are so happy with the experience my two children have received since starting in September. Everyone who we interact with is kind, compassionate and really listens. We also value the extremely quick responses to any questions we have. I would not want to send my children anywhere else.

My son has been going to this Cefa center for about 4 months now, and we've been so happy we chose this location! The staff and teachers are so lovely and my son seems to know everyone that works there which makes me believe that everyone is caring enough to get to know the students.Previously we had a very bad experience at another early childhood learning center. However we have found that the staff and teachers are very responsive to any of our concerns and they have been so accommodating. Our son has learned a lot in a short time and he's very attached to his teachers. This makes us really happy as any parent knows it's hard leaving your child in someone else care. They have helped his development tremendously.Our son enjoys the science experiments and he loves the food served by chef Kenny! I would, and have, recommended this center to my friends. They say it takes a village to raise a child and fortunately I believe the teachers here care about the kids as much any family member, I'm glad that cefa is a part of our village!

One of the best day care school in Langley. We have our two year old son going in there from last one year. Initially, he was in CEFA baby classroom and eventually moved to bigger classroom with passing time. We are so happy that our little one likes to be in school with his teachers and other kids around without worrying us when we both are at work. The food is provided three times and is awesome. The staff is very welcoming and always respond pro-actively to any of your queries/requests. Our child has learned a lot in last one year when it comes to social and cognitive skills. The building infrastructure is also very good and clean.ThanksJag

We are so happy that we found the best CEFA in Langley. Building is new, classrooms are well organized with child-sized furniture and age appropriate materials and equipment. Our son loves the school, learns new things everyday. His social, and language skills have improved immensely since he started attending CEFA. His favourite activity is doing science experiments, he is only 4yrs old, he is into Science. We are so lucky to have found the school that is preparing our son for kindergarten, we are forever thankful!Teachers and the management team have been so cooperative and supportive towards our son’s needs and love him so much❤️! We feel safe, respected and loved, so we would highly recommend this CEFA to any friends of ours who are parents. This facility and its teachers is the absolute best! Our 2 year old who attends full time absolutely loves it here and looks forward to school every single day. As parents, knowing he's in such capable and caring hands while we are at work is the best feeling. Our experience has been amazing, from the teachers to the curriculum. We've noticed such a drastic improvement in his social and cognitive development. Can't recommend enough!

There are not enough words to describe how grateful we feel to all the teachers at CEFA for being so compassionate, loving and caring. Our son started at CEFA in early 2022 when we were just coming out of COVID. Being a first time mom I was worried about leaving my little one in someone else's care but CEFA made sure to keep me updated about my son's day to day activities. A big shout out to Ms. Jaspreet, Ms. Kimi, Ms. Kiran, Ms. Kiranpreet, Ms. Lucy and Ms. Devinder. Thank you Chef Kenny for the delicious meals you prepare and the hugs you give to our son when he arrives at CEFA. The positives of this place is camera access, meals, day to day updates and progress and very friendly teachers. My son looks forward to his day at CEFA every day! Tons of activities throughout the day and especially STEM activities are very well thought and planned appropriate to kid's age. Highly recommend this place for your little one!
