Ordered an arrangement for a friend,'s birthday. Unfortunately I provided an old address.The Richmond Hill store and driver both called me to say that they had not been able to make the delivery. 100% my fault.I provided the correct address, and offered to pay a fee to correct MY mistake. They refused my offer, and delivered the package to the new address.TOP marks for service and professionalism.

Went to Unionville location at the beginning and it closed unfortunately. Called to the service hotline and the gentleman who answered the call was very friendly and helpful. He assisted my order with speedy pickup time at Richmond Hill location. The shop associate was friendly. My order was flashed beautifully prepared in less than 30 mins. It would be nice if a “Edible Arrangements” paper bag can be arranged. Noticed they have a nutrition information that shows detail of all the products.

Edible arrangements is a great gifting idea! I wasn't sure at first, but I made my order and everything was made within a few hours and delivered on the same day. My recipients were happy and I got email notifications when the baskets were dropped! Customer service was also awesome the young man, Massi was super helpful!

This store is my go-to place for every occasion - from Mother’s Day to birthdays, and even to express sympathy. The owner himself takes an initiative to make sure his customers walk out of the store fully satisfied and content. The workers do a great job at the platters and especially the arrangements which are so worth the price! Edible arrangements has definitely earned me as their regular customer, indeed!

We had a lady name Tanya deliver our edible gift and her son yesterday for our anniversary. I want to say it is still nice to see such grace and humanity in people they brought it to our door it was a beautiful arrangement fresh colorful and very well packed . They went out of their way to bring it in for me as it was heavy and I'm disabled, they were polite professional and wished us a Happy Easter and anniversary. It's the little things that we sometimes miss in our world today from humanity is compassion and caring for others.

Whole order was wrong although they called me this morning to ensure that they give me the right order, ordered it for a friend and it ruined the surprise because it was wrong. They did redo the order, however, the order looked rushed because they had to problem solve within 4 hours before closing. Then they printed out the note on a regular 8x11” inch paper instead of the cards that they usually do. I order multiple times a year, with the price increase and professionalism I’ll only be ordering from small businesses going forward.

Ordered large size Delicious Celebration, as a New Year's gift for my boss. Delivery was made in good time, as promised. When I received a thank you photo from my boss, I was not 100% happy with the presentation/design (*fruits were fresh and looked good) and emailed photos to the shop. Response and customer service received from Masi H. was immediate and beyond my expectations. Clearly Richmond Hill location cares about the quality of the product and happiness of their clients. I am giving it 5 stars and will remain a loyal customer. Highly recommend!
