Very honest. I was quoted approximately 500 from another vet in town for the same procedure that creek side charged me $310 for. Downside is that it took quite awhile to get the appointment. I like the email reminders they send out now.

Front gals Friendly, It's hard to get the same vet every time. When you go in for an itchy dog....they try to sell you dental services, and their food..... they don't really even look or touch the dog. (New Female vet)

Recently moved to town and noticed our Maggies lump on her back was growing at an alarming rate. Got her in to see Dr Flock. We decided to have the lump removed even though Maggie was high risk as shes 15 years old. The lump turned out to be a massive tumor - if we didn't have the surgery the tumor would have immobilized her from the size and weight and eventually killed her. We had the surgery on a friday. Dr. Flock followed up with an late evening call on Friday to make sure she was doing ok after surgery. Maggie had a few follow appts to make sure she was healing properly, check for signs of infection, and ensure staples were still in place. Maggie is on the mend, chipper and full of sass. Can't thank Dr Flock and the staff at Creekside for their care and compassion for all their patience. Highly recommend this veterinary clinic. They also carry the Royal Canin food brand that is best to prevent urinary issues and improve kidney function in dogs.

They were so wonderful when it was time to put my kitty to sleep. It was an honor to be present to be a part of what they have to experience all the time. Thankyou so much for making it such a beautiful experience.

My absolute favourite vet clinic, hands down! They are accepting of all animals, including our goad, sheep and pig! They are compassionate and you can tell they love what they do. They don't overcharge for silly things, honor the quotes they give and provide exceptional service.
