Why do I give In-Motion five stars? Because that’s the level of service they give me. I know there are other rival background agencies but for me personally they have been amazing. I was lucky enough to get a meeting right away and have been in the union since 2004 but that doesn’t mean it’s easy to get booked. Chelsea James and Jade have literally gone beyond the call of duty to get me booked. As a visible minority there are fewer parts but I’ve been working steady with them since day one of joining them, and won’t ever change agents. Thanks guys! I appreciate how hard you work for me.

Great Agency. Not the best at communicating but they are great at getting you work. Really nice people. The only negative thing I have had to say is the communication part.

Love In Motion! I have always appreciated how hard they work for me. ( Note:Getting work on Background isnt just about your agency getting you work. The level of professionalism on set you provide is key to getting more jobs. Having a great agent is important but you have to be great too.)

The people in this agency are RUDE! It is very clear they care about making money out of you, but they are definitely ok with you working in the worst work conditions! I just moved to Hollywood North and you can see that the agents there really do care! (Also, if you want to work constantly and become a full-time extra, INMOTION is not the right place!) If you are new to the industry I would HIGHLY recommend to look for other agencies! Best of luck

This agency is a joke. One of the agents, J, is incredibly rude. I had to cancel a booking because I was sick and I was threatened by her. I was told that if I wasn’t going to show up on set I would have not worked anymore. You know what?? BYE FELICIA. You will not make any money through me!
