I always come here to grab makeup and Melissa the manager is really helpful. I usually don’t need much help when I’m buying products but she always helps me find exactly what I’m looking for. I was searching for a certain colour of a lip liner and lipstick combo that I was not able to find for so long, After literally 1 minute of talking to her she found the exact shade that I was searching for. Will always go to Melissa when I need cosmetics, she’s very knowledgeable, patient, and kind! Great experience every time.

The other day I went to this location. The girl name (Meriyam ) she is an excellent employee. She is always ready to help customers with a great knowledge.

Misleading staff and rude behavior by Dallas. I went to return a product I was denied return and not shown any evidence that product can't be return. When asked about if I can speak to senior staff, she ran inside the warehouse and came back after few minutes. The product was happly accepted for refund at another store without asking any questions..

The store is okay, and the beauty boutique staff are very welcoming. But it has too many unruly people coming in and out of the store, with no security. I blame the store's manager and pharmacist for this.

Alex was very helpful. I went in yesterday and he said that he had not received my prescription, but he still got me registered into the system and took all of my insurance info. He also gave me his card so I knew what number specifically to tell my doctor to send my prescription to. Today he called me and told me he got the prescription and that it was ready and waiting, as well as how to take it and the potential effects to look out for etc. when I came in to get my prescription it was in fact ready for me. He even remembered who I was. He gave me my prescription and told me again how to use it and how to refill it. Normally I find pharmacy’s really stressful so I was pleasantly surprised with this one.

I love this store. Beauty Boutique is very helpful. Great service.

Update:Where do I begin. Two words: Social discrimination.I went in there 3 minutes before their closing and they refused to service me, primarily because of the clothes I was wearing (just finished climbing gym and may have looked less-fortunate). It was very disappointing to know that they just didn’t care because Mr Alex Xu (associate owner) literally said get out of the store. Hope the regional manager spoke to him about the incident, not that he seemed to care.Previous:Decent store, very small compared to other locations. Lots of empty shelves, probably seasonal changes.I asked the lady if there was a Canada post, with LOTS of attitude she answered no. Could’ve been nicer lady, you never know who leaves google reviews. I wouldn’t recommend because of inventory shortage/ lack of variety and of course the attitude.

Amazing pharmacy service, Alex is kind, attentive and efficient. All the workers are very pleasant and competent. I will use this pharmacy until I die if I can.

They advertise that they do passport pictures. I went there and was told to wait 10 minutes until an employee gets back from their break just to be told the machine has not been working for some time.
