Kathryn was very friendly and helped a lot! She knows her stuff and explained it all to me in a very easy way to understand. She is also very efficient! Thanks to her a lot of my traveling anxiety is gone!

I had an excellent experience at the London clinic today. Not only was it efficient and quick with no wait time, but it was also very informative. The nurse educated me on all the precautions I should take, not just the vaccines I should get. I liked that she was not pushy about what I should or should not do, but was clear about what the recommendations are and sent me home with lots of good information. Overall I am very happy I chose this clinic over other travel clinics.

Had a great experience here! Kathryn is so friendly and informative. She made sure I understood all my options, risks, and instructions. I had to get two vaccines and usually I get really nervous but she was so calm and made it so easy! I would highly recommend coming here to get all your travel information for a healthy trip!

Appointment started on time. No intro as to who nurse was for name or qualifications, so I asked. She seemed knowledgeable. Office was clean.

I went into the Passport Health Clinic with two of my friends and we are all travelling to the same place.We went in not really knowing what to expect and we hadn't done a lot of research (we probably should have done more) on what we needed.As soon as we got there we were greeted by a wonderful Passport Health Nurse who was very kind and very joyful! She brought us in and got paperwork for our appointment ready. When we went into her office she had done research on the vaccines that are recommended for our area and went through each one with us explaining why the vaccine was recommended.Not once did we feel pressured to do anything during the meeting and the nurse made sure that we understood each question and each vaccine that we were getting. Throughout the whole appointment she was welcoming, kind, warm-hearted and patient with all of us.Leaving the appointment we felt a lot more comfortable and knowledgeable and knew where to look for more vaccine information and had gotten vaccines there. We were pleased with how prepared the nurse was an dhow welcoming and positive she was.This was truly a wonderful experience, and I recommend this location to all travellers. As students going into this we were unsure of what to expect, but we left feeling way more comfortable and very happy with our choice of clinic!

Professional service. Took consideration of my entire itinerary. Informed me of my options without being pushy. Clearly explained the costs and left nothing out. Excellent service.
