Greedy in one word. I Wanted to buy a snow blower they had listed for $3200 on their site. When I asked if they had it in stock, person put me on hold. updated their website and upped the price by $300. Not only he lost a sale, I purchased replacement parts from another vendor and fixed my blower for less than 5th of the price. Thanks

Claude helped me out with parts for my snowblower last winter, recently bought an echo timberwolf chainsaw from him,aswel as a new snowblower, a echo pack blower and shidaiwa multi attachment they always took the time to explain hot to quickly and easily change the chain when needed and even threw in a hat, I will continue to buy my bar and 2 stroke from them A+ service and pricing

I went there to repair my toro lawn mower and I got an excellent service. They explained me the possible problems in advance and they tried the cheapest option. They saved me money because I didn't have to buy a new part or a new machine. They also have original parts at reasonable prices for maintenance of your mower. After having my machine repaired, they explained me how to avoid that problem again. Very friendly, family business which takes care of customers. I will definitely go back and I will recommend it 100%

We replaced our ego trimmer head and had the best service ever. Also bought an hedge trimmer at the time and we are very pleased with our ego products. Take the time to experience this vendor for a personal service. A lot better than the big box store.

Brought my Echo trimmer that they sold me a few years ago for repair and they said that it was not repairable. I went to another mechanic who got it going for a few bucks. They are basically crooked mechanics
