Went here yesterday to get some skates for my little guy. Great experience! Thanks to the manager and helpful associate. They helped us with skates for my son, and also with trading his pairs in.Store is very clean and well organized. Layout of the store is easy on the eyes. Great location. Literally 5 minute walk for me. Very convenient for getting my skates done. Since Perani’s closed I was struggling to find a place to do my blades. Glad to see he hired a couple of guys from Perani’s that I used to deal with. Selection of good for a used place. If I had young kids in sports I would definitely go here.

Drove to this location from Stoney creek. Guy politely declined the hockey pants I wanted to trade in. Fair enough. I wanted to purchase hockey gloves. They had one blue pair. I needed shoulder pads. They had youth sizes only. Stock for adult hockey equipment didn’t exist. No problem. Needed to use the bathroom and the guy told me they didn’t have one. Yeah, ok pal. I’ll never return this location.

We visited here today and were in and out in under 15 minutes. The man who helped us was amazing and made the process of buying my daughter hockey gear simple and painless. Will definitely be back!

The staff were friendly enough but I was disappointed when I called to see if they had a product and was told that they did but when I arrived they did not and I find that the Gap in what they buy products for versus how they sell them off is extremely imbalanced they make a huge profit but don't really reflect that in the value when they buy items from families the upside was at least I got my skates sharpened out of the whole thing but I could have gone to Canadian Tire and left with everything I needed in one stop if they had been more informed when answering the phone

Great store, and great staff. Very helpful environment at very affordable prices. It's not a big location so they rotate gear seasonally. Don't get frustrated with that, because they make up for it in every other way! There is parking just to the north of the building.

Store is spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is nearby and easy to access. Unfortunately they did not have the ski equipment I was after.

Excellent customer service. We were in and out so quick and I ended up saving 250$ by not getting brand new gear for my kids. Highly recommend
