I was introduced to Michael via my realtor in Squamish who I had asked for a recommendation for a realtor in Kelowna to sell my father's home. Due to my father's deteriorating health we had to move him back East to live with my sister who is a nurse practitioner. While the sale of property was not of high value Michael provided me with the same service as you would get from a premium property sale even though commissions were no where near the same value. While you are trying to deal with aging parents and trying to balance both family and business, Michael made the process so easy and took the stress out of having to deal with family matters from remote. Michael, where to start!Michael was introduced initially to me by my father. Immediately, I knew he was the right fit. I had put my house up for sale but pulled it because of covid. Micheal didn't have to pay for photos. I asked his not to use any pictures with the old front yard landscaping and guess what. Also I had to revise the price because his price was below the city assessed value. I asked for a real estate contact in Edmonton and never did get a contact. So I would say there is a learning curve here.
