Worst onroute I've been to... worth the drive to the next place. Dirty. Floor cleaner guy walks around aimlessly and constantly, but the floor still looks sticky after he passes multiple times. Loud and useless.Maybe try cleaning the windows and surfaces, place is just gross. Also half empty of services. Didn't even stay to eat, should have just used drive thru. Awful.

This place has a microwave to heat your own foods. Also, comfortable chairs and tables for both individuals and groups

We stopped to grab some food.We stopped around 9 pm and were surprised that the only restaurant opened was Tim Hortons and the convenience store. Everyone else was closed. I think Wendy closes at 6pm. That was disappointing. I think Tim's closes at 10pm.We were a little frustrated as they couldn't make the orders we wanted as they didn't have all the ingredients. They also messed up my daughters bowl as they forgot to add the chicken.

This travel plaza has the worst restroom experience, not clean, no hand wash, some taps are not working.Not professionally maintained.

Very good on route. Has great amenities. Tim Hortons, Subway, Wendy's, Esso, Circle K and Ingersoll Market.Clean washrooms. Excellent rest area

While walking from the parking lot noted ++ garbage all over.What is supposed to be gardens are all weeds.The outdoor seating area had weeds growing thru between the interlocking brick.Washrooms were in need of a good cleaning.Was not willing to try any food or drink after seeing the lack of care in the washroomsNot what you expect to find in an OnRoute!!Will not stop there again.

Came in to use the restroom, every stall was dirty.Decided to grab some Tim Hortons only to be told that they didn’t have any sandwiches at all. I could only have a plain bagel or cinnamon raisin, muffins or donuts?!? Whaaat?!?While waiting, someone ordered a flavored coffee only to be told they didn’t have it.The lady running the register never changed her gloves from packing my small Timbits. Used same gloves to run register and take more orders.How can you not have things on the menu?!?? First time here, probably the last. How can you be open late but have nothing with no customers?!??

It's one of the worst Onroute stops in Ontario. Bring your biological military gas mask with you when ordering a coffee.

Service is not good. Whatever I order there the make mistakes everytime. It happened 4 to 5 times from Tim Horton, and als, Service is very, very slow. I stood there for more than 40 minutes, and still, I got the wrong orders. I understand it's busy, but I'm getting the wrong order after waiting so long. It's not good.

Went to Tim’s early Saturday morning, not a busy time at all. I waited 15 mins for my food not because of how busy it was, it was the slowest worker I have ever witnessed. Aside from the long wait they double checked my coffee order multiple time. I never got my Apple fritter but by the time I noticed the line was backed up almost outside due to the slowness of the workers. When I tried to contact someone to let them know I got the cold shoulder and Everyone pretended I wasn’t there. It was easiest to just leave, I wanted to leave this review so others can see this and do their very best to avoid this tims at all costs.
