Quick service and professional.

Went in during the posted store hours, shop was closed. Called owner who said he would be in Monday - return Monday the shop was closed.

So surprised seeing the low star reviews. They were easy to reach and available when called. We needed same day championship regional sports medals and they were able to make them for us within 30mins. They were so friendly and personable. Great selection of quality products and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend!

The food is AMAZING!! Portions are insane and prices are perfect. The only thing that turned me completely off was the service it was terrible. I had to leave my seat twice from the upper level to get my server Mak had to ask the bartender on the lower level for condiments, there was zero eye contact and she never came to check up on us. We also waited quite a bit for the meal and had to ask the busser what the hold-up was she told us the kitchen was back up and Mak added it was because one of us ask for our meal to be well done.

Apparently he runs another business so he's never really there during opening hours.
