Offered on location photo session was highly unprofessional. Most of photo became blurred and highly noisy. But I didn’t know that before I paid as it was the only real option to see the photo. Other option was to book an appointment through weekday which I can’t as I’m working either and they’re not in the office on weekend. But believe me - if I had seen photos I would never paid for them! They’re garbage quality wise

Super friendly staff, very informative of their business and their prices. Best quality passport photos and even has an incredible deal to buy a session, get one free AND my passport for free. Highly recommend for babies, kids and any photos where you need a unique size.

They don't post prices of passport photos, then when you go to get them, they're $40!!! Then they spam your phone with calls and texts about booking a photo session. Will not return.

We had passport photos done here, and it was a great experience. In and out with a very pleasant photographer who obviously knows her craft. Great service friendly smiles and a good price. I would recommend them to anyone.

Website showed passport photos as 9.97, went in and were charged triple that. I understand girl working there didn’t make the prices however she was very dismissive when asked why the website stated a price $20 cheaper.

Felt taken advantage of. Went for what used to be a $10 passport photo. They're now $40. They upsell you a photo package for $10 more. No returns and they only tell you price after you've sat for photo.

Please ask for price before posing for passport photo as you will not be informed. Apparently, the price posted online for 13.99 in walmart photo is different from their price which is 3 times higher. Did not notice any pricing info in store as well. Paid $120 for 3 in just 6 minutes. Would have appreciated the heads up. Reminding myself to go to other store next time and read online reviews!

Passport photo rip off! Not sure how $41.99 is acceptable for passport photos when inside Walmart they cost $14. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Great place for a passport photo, found no issue in accepting it, it is a bit expensive, but you will get a digital photo over on email save you from scanning hassle, but is not that great for a photo session.
