My kitchen cabinets were done by YJ Kitchen Cabinet from design to installation . They not only do the job on time but also they take care of all the details. With so many gorgeous options for design and material, my kitchen looks unique and wonderful just as I dreamed.

I renovated my kitchen with YJ Kitchen Cabinet back in 2013. I was very happy with the result.In 2015, I moved to a new home. Finally, I decided to do something about my basement. So I re-hired YJ Kitchen Cabinet to complete my unfinshed basement.The renovation was completed beautifully, in a worry free, timely manner. Every member of their team is so professional, and the work they do is exceptional.All my concerns were met with an immediate response with daily follow up meeting with the Gil. Gil would go extra miles for his customers and so easy to work with.I highly recommend YJ Kitchen Cabinet and give them a total 5 star recommendation.

YJ Kitchen Cabinet did a great job with my alcove built in cabinet and shelves. We moved in to a new house and needed to build a custom cabinet & shelf on both sides of the fireplace.Gil was very friendly and professional from start to finish. He made a great design that fit our needs and included all our requests and input in the design.He was on schedule, and did a fantastic job! My wife and I were very pleased with the work, and we will definitely reach out again for future home improvement projects.I had two other quotes before my friend recommended Gil, and I was happy with the reasonable quote he gave me.Overall I am very pleased with the results and would recommend YJ Kitchen Cabinet to anyone who is looking to upgrade their home!

I should've left a review earlier to save more victims.I did a bathroom renovation with them last year and it was a disaster. As the previous reviewer mentioned, Gil Choi (Owner's son at the time) was very unprofessional with handling the project. He asked if I can pay him the rest of the money in the middle of the project to pay off his suppliers. Not professional... But I gave him the benefit of doubt since it was a second job I gave him. He did the first job (kitchen) on time and was decent enough and cheap. So I made a mistake of paying him the remaining amount. That's when the nightmare started. It was impossible to get a hold of him on his cell phone. He would just not pick up the phone. After calling the company numerous times, I could only communicate with the receptionist and the in-house contractors.After many delays, he showed up one day with his worker for light fixture installation. His excuse for not picking up the phone was his son being sick. I had to go back and forth for returning perfectly good light fixture. He said there was a problem with it .. in fact they did a bad wiring connection. He never admitted his mistake. They never replaced the broken glass door that they promised. (The glass cabinet door kept breaking after the installation. It would've been the second door, if they replaced it. But did not). It was from the kitchen project a few years ago. The project was finished with number of small problems that I'm sure they can fix with little effort but the guy decided to completely avoid me. After harassing the poor receptionist, I just gave up. In the end, I thought I might I had a different outcome if I had not made a full payment during the project. But after reading other reviews, I think it would not make any difference.AVOID THIS PLACE. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE. FIND A PLACE WITH A GOOD REVIEW. THERE'S A REASON FOR BAD REVIEWS.

The worst place and people ever, they never finish a job, make sure you check their reviews before you even call it them.....

Great work and completed on time. Any issues found was correct quickly. From start to finish Gil got everything done.

We got our basement done with YJ couple of months ago. Job finished 1 week late but overall happy with the results. Friendly staff and Gil was very easy to deal with accommodating some last minute changes.

Terrible company! The owner Gil Choi have learned the art of dishonesty. We gave a $2530 cheque (50% deposit) as requested. There were extreme delays and errors with the manufacturing of a couple of washroom vanities. We ordered maple wood chocolate colour same as our kitchen and he promised to match it. In the end, they never delivered the product they only showed us the material not assembled, and painted in a variation of cherry colour, he was never in the shop to correct the mistake for a customer satisfaction and he was very unresponsive. Did not want to cooperate in terms of negotiating and agreement to avoid legal action. We took him to court and reported to better business bureau Canada. Terrible in communication. Such an awful unprofessional company. We ended up calling another company to finish the job. NOT recommended.
