I am impressed with my new broker, Lisa Arnott and felt the need to write a review to let others know that there truly are personalized brokers out there still. In a society, where we are inundated with automated service,it was a pleasant surprise to talk on the phone with Lisa and go over the details of my new policy. Her phone manner was very professional and pleasant, and she asked me many detailed questions in order to help me get the best rate possible for my home and auto insurance. She let me know about many discounts, that my previous broker didn't tell me about, and saved me over 100 per month. I would recommend Lisa and Levitt Insurance to others, without hesitation!

This broker has ignored all my emails. They don't answer the phone. They don't call back. Are they even in business??? Doesn't look like it!!!
