Same thing, arrived before 7 and they already had the doors closed for the night with one customer inside and two of them working. Seems to be an ongoing trend of closing early

Bill Rose by far is an awesome manager at this location. He would always be the one I would choose to get a phone from. He's honest and cares about each of his clients. He also isn't in it to sell you" he's in it to meet all your needs in a phone!! He's awesome!!!"

Bill Rose, the 5 star review is actually the manager of that location. He believes in pressuring you into the sale and making himself the largest commission possible. He cares more about his pockets growing than his customers, and has no problem throwing his employees under the bus to avoid looking bad in any way.

One of the best cell phone spots in all of Nova Scotia. I went to multiple places trying to decide what to do about my cellular service and I wasn't comfortable until I discovered this wonderful place. Bill Rose helped me find what I need so I can call my wonderful grandchildren in the States. Thank you for this

Bill hooked me up with a great deal. I wasn’t in a rush to get a new phone and so he waited until there was amazing deal to be had and let me know about it. Normally it takes forever to set up a new phone but when I finally went in to get mine, the whole process was really quick with Bill. Thanks!

Bill Rose is an excellent man to deal with when needing a phone, i trust his opinion, he has never pressured when i came to buying things or extras for my phone, he was honest with what would benefit me and what wouldnt, definately NOT a gotta make a quota sell sell sell" kind of guy

My phone about to die and not open when advertised. Stressful. Website says closes at 8pm, shop completely shut down when I arrived just before 7pm. Superstore customer service says that they have been getting several complaints form various customers about this situation. Very disappointing. Made a trip for nothing.
