As a first time mom, I’ve felt absolutely supported by the team at PAEM. They always make time to see us or speak to us when we have concerns - often day of! Unlike most doctor’s offices, I’m able to get someone on the phone when I reach out.Every doctor who has treated my son has a wonderful and approachable personality. Dr Lukasz is informative and warm, and also very playful with my baby; nurse Katie is incredibly wonderful as well.I wish my family doctor was as available and supportive as this team!

First of all, I think overall the doctor is great. The only thing I totally disappoint is about appointment.To book an appointment to see doctor Luke (my son’ doctor) is worse than you book an appointment with the specialist. You have to book 1 week or even month ahead to able to see your doctor. Mean while, your kid is sick and need to see the doctor right away. Soo many time I have to see other doctor in the office “which is not my son’ doctor. Also, when the Covid strict is lifted, you cannot see the doctor in person, only over the phone, but only with appointment. The service to see your doctor is soo long waiting. I hope in the future they have to organize their schedule to meet their patient expectation.

Dr zahidi is amazing, where have been seeing him for 2 years now; but it's very unfortunate that the staff in this place is extremely rude. It doesn't matter if you speak in the most politely-kind way, you'll always get a rude answer from the receptionists. Most people attending this place are concerned mothers for their child's health, I can't believe the owners have such disrespectful people on front desk.

Pediatrician is super busy perpetually and does not very concerned for the baby. While other clinics are placing a call for baby’s vaccine, this clinic does not, obviously we are at a risk of missing the vaccine for the baby. I’m relying on my GP for most of the things including vaccines.Look for a better place

My kids have been seeing Dr. Zaidi for a few years and he truly is an excellent and caring Pediatrician. He helped us with our son who had to have his tonsils and adenoids removed at the age of 2 (very young by the typical standards for this procedure) due to severe swelling.He also has been wonderful in helping our daughter who had to have major hear surgery at 6 months. He was seeing her every week prior to COVID and has remained involved in her care as she is not 3.5 y/o and doing very well.Dr. Zaidi is patient, explains everything, and has never felt like he rushed us or did not listen. I cannot recommend him enough.

First off, doctors are incredible - Dr. Jasuja, Dr. Zaida we have seen over 4 years and have been great - Dr. Goldenberg tended to our son in NICU when he was born and that is why I came to this office for his family doctor to be here. But I am going to another place now because of the staff and the operations team, all of them have a pesky expression on their face no matter what time of the day I am here, don't know why they aren't leaving if they don't like it here, the job can be done by only a specific person Elenor who is mostly out of the office - things get messy" all the time as quoted by them. Don't know if they really should be at a child's clinic where parents are already emotionally driven."

We took our 3 year old child that was really sick wasn’t eating, throwing up and nauseous. No signs of Covid-19 but a runny nose due to weather, Dr Mona Jasuja denied seeing her even with an appointment. Where is that Hippocratic Oath taken by this doctor where patient comes first. Worst doctor ever she should be a consultant if she just wants to talk over the phone. Tele Health is always hiring. I am also in the Healthcare Industry and run to assist Long Term Care Facilities with the understanding that patients come first!!!

Excellent clinic! We have been with Dr. Zajdman since the birth of our child. He has been excellent during all his well baby visits. We’ve also had a few health concerns and Dr. Zajdman always addresses them so professionally and empathetically. The nurse who works there is exceptional. Also we have never had a problem with the front staff. They are friendly and very efficient!! They always answer the phone and do their best to get us in ASAP. We are lucky to have our doctor here!!

Some doctors are not knowledgeable and it seems like they do not care about doing the job properly. In addition, very disappointed with the service in general. We attend this clinic only for the immunization for my child. Would not recommend this place.The doctor never spent more than 3-5 minutes with us and was never able to answer any questions, just suggested me to google.
