Would give 0 stars if I could. My brother has had nothing but bad experiences with them the last couple of years and will have NOTHING to do with them anymore. Back in May I needed help and met a rep from there. (They came to my home.) When they left I was feeling more positive and hopeful. Other the last month or so, my trust/faith in ANY member of CMHA London locations has eroded to NOTHING. They listen without hearing, and show a lack of respect when they are told that a discussion has to stop for the day and they don't even when they say they respect that. (This caused me to get overwhelmed and stress out to the point I gave up.) As far as I'm concerned CMHA London needs to be completely replaced with new staff, infrastructure, and streamlined procedures and policies. Make it fast and simple to get help. Not convoluted and complex and take forever to get help when not in complete crisis. I've given up on getting any decent, proper and fast help from them.

Ive gone here for like 5 years. Honestly it feels like it may be a little slow at first but if you have gone through a lot of trauma remember it takes time to feel and see any positive changes. Theyre literally one of the only reasons I recovered. Outstanding organization - loving the recent changes involving clients in the co-production for groups. Literally nothing bad to say. 100% have and will continue to recommend to everyone I know. Thank you for everything!

Emergency shelter for those with special problems, only 3 nights, but with free food, private room to sleep in, shower, laundry, computer, phone. Friendly staff. Very helpful.

The receptionist Katie was really kind and offered me help in every way she possibly could! I was soon greeted by the professional, Jordan, and we discussed my anxiety/panic attacks/etc. in further detail. Jordan was very patient with me, knowledgeable, and non-judgmental. He made me feel very welcomed and comfortable to express any thoughts/feelings I had.I arrived not knowing what to expect with many doubts, but left feeling relieved and excited to try out my new learned coping skills. I think it is AMAZING what these guys do! They are there to listen and help connect you to any services that can be of benefit to you. Did I mention it's open 24/7?!?Thank you guys so much for your kindness, your understanding, and your knowledge! I am so, so appreciative! <3

The worst experience ever! I left in the middle of my serving job - my apron still on, I was so happy to see and talk to someone in a crisis moment. Unfortunately, the therapist shows up in full hazmat suit, gloves, mask and face shield. I work directly with the public in healthcare as well, and the only PPE I have worn through this pandemic" is a mask. This place is a joke in the time of crisis. When I called them out on their "get up" they told me it was policy. At what point will the therapists and management step up and be advocates and really care for the public and their mental wellbeing like they were taught in school? This happened about a month ago and still very disturbed about their policy. Where does one go in a time of crisis when needing some real validation and empathy? When there is nowhere elses to go? ...Because this place ain't it."

It shouldn't say 24 hour help on the website, I referred a friend in crisis to this number tonight and with only an answering machine taking calls I've lost track of her. Please don't advertise such services if you don't provide them, I would've called 911 otherwise. I hope she's OK.

I went twice when I was at low points - my first time was wonderful and rewarding, the counciler I spoke to was attentive and caring and actual did wonders for my mental health support + they had tools for me to try.Sadly that wasn’t consistent, I got a different counciler the next time I had gone and they seemed tired and distracted, almost rushy... and it made me feel very overwhelmed and left still feeling lost.So it really depends on the counciler that you end up seeing.. I’m not sure if it’s possible to see the same person twice at request I didn’t ask...Overall though, a fantastic establishment for the community as mental health is a issue so many of us are faced with daily. I love that this place exists ♥️

I went here to get help for my depression due to my wife abandoning me for another man. I felt ashamed, useless, and wasn't sure if I was in the right place. However after being seen by two therapists, one of which was in training (I forget his name but I think it's josh) I felt really understood for the first time in a year. I felt listened to. When I explained that I felt like I was a failure they showed me all the good things about myself. Got me involved in some support groups, and helped me with so many things I never thought I would be able to do again (place of my own rtc). Coming here has been a really positive experience. I wish I could give a higher rating than 5 stars

Just tried to take a teenager there who was having a serious mental breakdown at about 6:30a.m and they turned them away asking if they could come back at 7:30. Well that teenager ended up in emergency now because they felt like they didn't deserve the help and tried to kill themselves! I'm absolutely disgusted!!!
