Almost drove off, they forgot to give us our food first before we drove away. Forgot & didn't get our pop either.. terrible location, in Sherwood Park they never forget our orders & always got them right.

The owner has decided to change their Buffalo sauce un-announced to the taste of rotten ketchup flavour, ZERO resemblance of Buffalo sauce in any way. All the extremely polite employees are stuck dealing with people coming in and showing their frustration due to once again a franchise owner trying to cut back costs. I’m not a complainer but I can personally guarantee I won’t go back there again. Pay $45 dollars for our meals and didn’t get what we paid for. My caution to you is stay away from this location as all others still aren’t trying to save money by switching original sauces. Cheap owners will sink a businesses. Take my word.

Last time I'm going to this particular location. Long wait, and worst service of any dq locations I've been to. I don't know why these locations keep employing new immigrants, but I will not be visiting them any more. Rude and poor service.

0 if I could. We all suffered from food poisoning due to their soft serve ice cream on January 21,2023. Called the restaurant to report it but it goes straight to voicemail. A voicemail was left. Never ever eating here again.

Quality has gone up recently and I'm excited to share it doesn't matter all their chicken and deep fried items are fresh all the time and all burgers are made to order around 8pm. Iced cream is always amazing:)

I can only comment on the ice cream, as we don't really get anything else from DQ. The blizzards are always tasty, however, they seem to be very inconsistent in how full the cups are the last couple of months. As prices have gone up on everything over the past year, so has the cost of their products. With the price of a medium blizzard being $7.29 they better fill the cup completely.

We've been going here for ice cream a couple times a week for dessert, and 1 in maybe 10 times they make your ice cream right.Asked them tonight to make the parfaits right, with a layer in the middle. As this is an ongoing thing.Even when directly asked, they still weren't made right.Last time we're using this dairy queen. Why pay $6 for nearly all ice cream when you can pay half that for a plain cone.

Can you fix your freezer please. The last three months I've been around 3-4 times to get a peanut buster bar or dilly bar and I also just bought a box of dilly bars and the ice cream was so melted all items fell apart as soon as I opened the package.
