I love the free chequing account but the bank itself is slightly incompetent. Can take, literally, five business days for them to apply my online payment to my MBNA MasterCard, a card which they gave me as a partnership through their bank. When I complain, they make me jump through hoops rather than just looking into it. I've also been told by a rep it's the same for her." But...It's actually unacceptable for a credit card payment to take that long and the fact that they don't see it that way and dig into it to make change reflects their service delivery. Blah. Cutesy credit unions that live in 1991"

Banked at other banks until I watched an ad about no fee accounts. I was skeptical. I switched from a local bank years ago to Conexus. I get the same friendly service and the same banking service. I am richer without the $16/ month fees. What are you waiting for? Other bank was happy to use my money and charge me but when I wanted to get a line of credit they refused me.17 yrs of mortgage without being late once and I couldn't get a line of credit to reshingle my roof. Send a message to big banks- try a credit union!
