Whenever we come to this community center to go to the games room, they're always having a meeting. It seems like they don't have an office or anything. And when you walk in they just stare at you. Like hello, close the door, or put a sign that says meeting in progress". When I ask the front if we can go in they say "sure"

Very friendly staff. New =equipments. Have been a member for the past 15 years. Enjoy using the well equipped gym.excellently maintained.Suddenly i see an Annual membership increase. Need to contain it.. excellent new equipment.

Thompson Community Centre
Thompson Community Center is a nice place for the community. They have child and youth programs, adult activities and support both members and non-members. There is an area to just sit and chill, work a little or have a nice simple lunch. There are sports activities and some bookable rooms for events (Kids Birthday Parties with staff activity centres for under $300.00). Parking is pretty decent with lots of spots. They have bike racks and are on a major bus route. There is a helpdesk but they also have an online presence from the City of Richmond website.

Alice Hau, the trainer at the Fitness Centre is absolutely amazing. She understands client's needs and tailors the training program accordingly. She's knowledgeable and offers lots of helpful tips to make the fitness journey more enjoyable. Highly recommend her!

Great place for scooter or skateboarding.Also great for small kids, the playground is very well kept.Dog friendly place as long as it's leashed at all times.People seem to be careful in distancing (for the most part).You can also find stink bugs sometimes.

Great outdoor play area, tennis courts, basketball courts, skateboard area and EV charging. Top notch!Update 2022: the community center is getting a 900K makeover. During construction, a temporary washroom trailer are put in use. Construction is set to complete by summer 2022.Update Sept 2022: washrooms are beautifully updated and most covid protocols are lifted.Update 2023 Feb gym floor rewaxed and look fabulous!
