Midstate Property Services is fantastic. We appreciate the consistent communication, the thorough work ( pressure washing the house, mowing the lawn, building a chicken run and other services) and reasonable prices. With our schedules, we wouldn't be able to keep up if we didn't have Midstate Property Services to count on!

Used for sanding our driveway. Responded quickly when I contacted him, quoted a good price and was out the next morning. He came while I was away and when I got home I was very pleased with it. He did a very good job and will be using his service again
