I Do not feel this place is honest, U brought them a blank car key and did not want to cut the key because it was not his own key and he did know where came from, said it could brake his machine, LoL he also wanted 20.00 per key. I went to another place on Ontario street corner beaudry and they did it right away no questions asked and charged me $2.00.

Big Liar. They don’t stand with the information they provide in the first place and deny everything. Went for garage remote issue last month. The person showed me different remotes they sell and recommended me not to just purchase but also get it configured at my place. And now when I went to get it, they started denying all the info they gave and moreover said they never dealt with them. There aren't 100s of locksmith on that street that I got confused.

Wow, 45 minutes after the call and the locksmith is already here, and we're not talking emergency here! The guy was efficient, courteous and didn't overcharge. That's where I will be calling from now on!

I had an older door lock that I was sure needed replacing. One of Sirois's locksmiths came by and had a look at it. Instead of selling me an expensive replacement, he made my old lock work like new. I saved hundreds of dollars and the result is SUCH an improvement. My lock now easily opens and closes. I am thrilled. The locksmith was such a kind, trustworthy person. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service téléphonique, ce qui m'a influencer à les inviter à fournir une soumission pour un projet de remplacement d'intercoms d'une valeur de proche de $20k. Le serrurier qui a passé était très désagréable, il demandait les détails des nos autres soumissions d'une façon déplacé. Puisque je ne connaissais pas les détails des autres soumissions par coeur et que de toute façon je ne voulais pas influencer sa recommandation ou son prix, il a fini par insulter notre conseil d'administration en disant qu'on serait incapable de comparer les soumissions reçus et il n'a jamais envoyé de proposition. Le conseil d'administration compte deux ingénieurs et une personne d'affaire dans le domaine de l'immobilier; si on est incapable de comprendre une soumission, c'est qu'elle n'est pas bien faite. Pour moi, ce fut une grosse perte de temps, vraiment très désagréable!
