Canada Post

Long lines, 20-40 minutes. Only seemed like one staff person working. I came to pick up a Package after being given a delivery notice. I came 4+ hours after the posted pickup time and was rudely told they don't have my package. The lady working said something along the lines of I don't know and I don't care

Worst customer service ever! My package was said to be ready by 1pm. I went down there for 1:30pm. They said I couldn't get it because they didn't have someone to sort it. Pathetic service and won't be using canada post again for any mail services!

Extremely poor customer service. Unfortunate that I have to deal with this location and in particular the only staff they have every time I get a delivery notice. She is extremely rude, unhelpful, and ignorant of customers concerns. Multiple times walked in with a notice that my package is ready to be picked up and she simply said she does not care about what the notice says and she had not had the time to sort the packages she has received and I have to return another time. This time she directed me to complain to Canada Post as if she is not working for Canada Post nor representing Canada Post.I have been getting this poor service from her for the second time after waiting in the line up for a long time (this time about 40 minutes and I only had 2 people in front of me). She really takes her time….!The station is also inoperable during lunch time and breaks as there’s no one responsible for taking customers during lunch hours.While clearly being short staffed, the location shortened their operating hours on December 30th (regular day) without any updates online during a stormy day.

I would give zero stars if I could honestly. Every interaction I’ve ever had with someone working at this post office has been nothing but an inconvenience to say the least. I recently had a package taken here after I was not home the day it was attempted delivery. I called to confirm my package was in fact there, because I’ve had notices left and gone to pick up the item after the time it states on the notice to have it not there. The associate Kaitlin said on the phone it was. When I arrived and gave the notice she was quite rude and told me it wasn’t there? I showed ID with my name and address that is on the package and she pretty much refused to give me my mail. Get it together, worst customer service!

Why not consider your customers instead of yourselves. Posting hours in the store makes it necessary to go there only to discover you are not open. If you would update your hours (as other businesses do) here on Google Maps, your customers can be saved an unnecessary visit to your office.

Had some issues a while back (like a lot of places after Covid) but i find them to be super solid and friendly

Unfortunately I don't have many good things to say about Can Post.

Initially, I was quite pleased with this location. When I decided to move my PO box, things went downhill fast. They refused to refund the key deposit to the card that I originally paid with. They were also quite picky that I didn't bring the same identification that I used in the beginning.

0 Stars. This is THE WORST post office ever. Half of the staff seem under-trained or are just plain unhelpful and the other half are unhelpful and just plain rude. This location is also under-equipped and when you make it through the long line that is always there, they don't even have the necessary materials to help you send your package, such as packing tape... What post office doesn't sell or use packing tape? Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, anywhere, because you'll leave with your package unsent like I did. What a joke.
