His dentures are quality made. I must add that he made dentures for my uncle who has dementia and Heikki is very empathetic and caring with seniors. Heikki PELLIKKA is a professional who cares deeply for the wellbeing and comfort of his patients, and is passionate about crafting the best dentures for them. He takes painstaking attention to detail. He does not send his dentures to a lab and personally adjusts them for ultimate comfort and fit. My dad had his first dentures done at another clinic. He could not get used to them and was in constant pain. After we went to Heikki with the referral from a friend, he took one check up to determine the fit was poor and we had to start from scratch. There was no comparison by the time Heikki was finished, my dad loved his new dentures. Now my mother-in-law is his patient for the second time, and we are so grateful for Heikki's care, compassion and professionalism. I am not surprised to learn people travel from far to use his services. I was referred to Heikki Pellikka,DD by a new periodontist as I had to get full dentures. I was nervous and did not know what the process would be like, what to expect. Heikki took the time to explain the process, steps and timeline to me; he also asked me what I wanted my new teeth to look like, which was great, he made me feel at ease. Over the next 8 months everytime I had an appointment, he made me feel more comfortable and explained the next steps. My final appointment was fantastic, my new teeth look like my own, including my trademark space; my smile and the fit are great, my new teeth have brought back my confidence and make me feel better than the old me. Where do I begin? I'm blown away by the service here. You can tell Dr. Pellikka takes great pride in what he does and truly cares for his patients. I went in for an emergency adjustment today (my first time at this clinic by the way) and I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. Just so grateful he could squeeze me in on such short notice! I took my 91 year old dad to Yonge & Davisville Denture Clinic to replace his dentures, which had never fit well, and were affecting his ability to eat and speak clearly. Heikki made us feel comfortable in the first visit, and instilled confidence with his knowledge, passion, and understanding. His thorough interview and examination, gave him a clear picture of where the problems existed. He fully described the process that he would follow, and did a great job setting our expectations. Then he did exactly what he said he was going to do. Today, was probably our last visit. My dad's eating is almost back to normal, and his speech is a lot clearer, but still struggles at times with some words. This is the least of our worries. Now he has a comfortable set of dentures, but we are confident that should a problem arise, we can go back and Heikki will look after us. Excellent work! Excellent service! We highly recommend him!

I most strongly recommend Heikki because he is totally professional and also a perfectionist. He designed dentures for me 4 years ago which were not only a great fit but also quite attractive. After all that time, I had a minor problem yesterday and he made an adjustment today without charging me. He also is caring, a great listener, very personable, and I consider him a friend.
