My three year olds first time at the dentist and she LOVED it here. From the friendly greeting we got from reception, (they invited her back to get a special prize), to the hygienist who put on her favourite show and also have her cool sunglasses to wear, to the dentist who was friendly, quick and gave us great advice. She absolutely loved her first dentist experience and now WANTS to brush and floss. She will be excited for her next check up!

Just moved to Vancouver from Asia and this has been my best dental experience by far. The staff was amazing from initial enquiry over the phone to the hygienist and the dentist. Went in as a new patient and completed the new patient exams and consultation today. What I appreciated is that they took their time to explain everything and share recommendations (was not pushy at all!) for next steps to ensure good oral health. They were also very flexible on their timing which appreciated, highly recommend

Easy online process for booking a new appointment. Far too many signature fields, good luck to those signing with a mouse. Friendly and welcoming staff, comprehensive xray/photo process. Modern devices and a clean modern looking facility. Your lord approves!

Friendly and professional staff. This was my first visit and they provided a very thorough examination, including detailed photos and X-rays. The dentist took the the time to go through the results and arrived at a plan of action. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful space, so welcoming, the team is incredibly professional and friendly. Highly recommend this clinic. They’re also so amazing with children. My daughter enjoyed her experience visiting this team of professionals!

I’ve been a patient at River District Dentistry since 2020. Overall my experience has been decent however at my last appointment I was charged a extra $100 for a missed appointment. I had a work emergency and was unable to get out of work but I made sure to call and cancel my appointment with 3-4 hours notice however I was still charged. I understand the business has a policy that I may be charged if a appointment is missed but If you ask me that’s just the cost of doing business. I’m also pretty sure they try and fill short notice cancellations but I was still charged. Unfortunately I will not be back!!

I love this dental practice for two specific reasons: 1. the staff are all very professional and so pleasant to deal with, and 2. They have state of the art equipment which makes the appointment experience so much more enjoyable. I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic to all.

Great experience and professionalism!I really loved how serious the approach is to the new patient exam and the forms, I be never seen so many tests being done (And I was wearing braces for almost 2 years).The staff is very friendly and helpful

Best dentist I have ever been to. Not only did they book me last minute but also took care of all of my dental problems asap (fillings x rays and all). They were super fast and efficient and showed me through close up photos of my teeth what was going on so I could understand what I needed. The whole team is extremely kind and patient and took the time to help me understand my new work benefits and coverage. River District is the only dentist I would book in Vancouver!
