We blew a tire out on our bus at 7pm at night on a Saturday and we’re stranded on a Single lane highway in the dark. We called frontline and they got us help quick. Our technician Neil was super nice, with a great sense sense of humour about our whole situation, although it sucked he let us know we were in good hands. It’s really good to know that when your in an impossible situation out there in the world that there is legitimate help available with skilled and professional employees.We can’t thank you enough for helping us out.Sally and Dale

Front Line Towing was the most responsive of the tow companies in the Crowsnest that I contacted. Initially they recommended one of their competitors as it would have saved me money due to the distances involved - but the other companies could not, or would not, handle the job. Neil from Front Line handled my tow job professionally and extremely competently. Nothing but respect for the job he did.Cannot recommend this company enough!A reminder to all drivers on the road. Please slow down when passing tow operators - it’s scary as hell watching how some drivers don’t slow down at all or give any working room in the lane.

These guys made life easier by making a deal to trade an unwanted car that had been impounded for the tow bill and storage cost that the car inquired. Called Front Line on a Sunday night for a 60km tow as my vehicle had broken down on the highway. There was no hesitation and the driver was at my location even earlier than he had estimated.
