I'm planning to hire The Lawn Guy to supply and install a Husqvarna AutoMower this Summer. They haven't even done the job yet and I'm giving them my review (which is very unusual for me... I almost always wait until after the job is done to write my review). But I am so confident in the job that they will do for me, that I'm writing my review now. If anything changes after the job is done, I will, of course, update/change my review.Anyway, the owner, Steve, showed up at my house a couple weeks ago to talk about this project. He was on time, very nice, very helpful and answered all of my questions with ease. We had a great talk. He didn't have to sell me on the Husqvarna AutoMower, as I was already sold, even before he arrived. So I made his job very easy.Basically, an AutoMower is about double the price of a rid-on Husqvarna mower (or less, depending on which model of AutoMower you purchase... we are going with the more expensive AWD 435X model, because we have some steep inclines on our property). The AutoMower will result in a much healthier lawn (because it shaves your lawn on a daily basis, rather than taking big cuts, which is not good for your lawn), it is virtually silent (running on batteries), and there are no operational costs (other than the wee bit of electricity required to charge the batteries). No more expensive gas. The AutoMower will pay for itself - it may take many years, but it will pay for itself.And if you're like me, I HATE mowing the lawn, my least favourite home maintenance task BY FAR. I would rather snow-blow my driveway in a blizzard. So, with the AutoMower, no more mowing. For that alone, it is worth it for me.I will update my review/post (if necessary) after the job is done.

New Stihl and Husqvarna dealer for Bedford West. The store is beautiful and easy to see from the road. This is a great addition to the area.

Had an Automower 435X installed, this thing is awesome. Great service from the guys.

Easy enough to purchase but if you're using their no interest financing they dont tell you there is a 100+ dollar fee to do business with this shady third party finance company that is super confusing to use and I dont even know how to pay my bill! Mower is cool though. Also didnt provide a receipt for my purchase or my deposits.

Excellent staff and service. Went in to ask a few questions and the guys were knowledgeable and went above and beyond. I’ll be back.

Was a great store where I bought a chainsaw but appears to be shut down now. Not sure what happened. Hopefully my warranty is still ok.

While the guys working in the store were great, I highly recommend dealing with the larger stores like Home Depot or Kent. I purchased a manual lawn mower from them and found, after just a few uses, that it was very difficult to use on my lawn. The owner Steve refused to consider any return, even for a partial credit towards an electric unit (where I would have given them another $300.00 plus). They do NOT offer any refunds or exchanges. This is one HUGE benefit to dealing with a larger store. Now I'm forced to purchase another lawn mower and likely take a huge hit on what I paid for mine after using it 3 times - selling it on Kijiji. I will not be dealing with them again due to this very restrictive policy. Not sure how i could have known how it would work without actually using it? The catcher I bought for it was not even used once.

These guys actually know what they're talking about. Welcome change from the usual. Easy to deal with, great products. Highly recommend.
