Wish I could give zero stars. No empathy at all by the nurses, they just gathered together making loud discussions without attending to patients on the bed for over 5 hours

The worst place to go to if you are in need of a medical urgency. You will literally wait for more than 5 hours and no one will give about u. The bathroom is dirty disgustinggg. This is a hospital for crying out loud. Urine was on the floor in the emergency waiting room Gross!!!! They deserve a negative!!!!

Big thank you to our Drs. and nurses at Windsor Regional Hospital Emergency Room, who have been working very hard during this Pandemic, especially we are very thankful to Dr. Mindardi, and front desk nurses/admin staff at Windsor Regional Emergency Room, Dr. Mindardi has been very patient, kind, caring, and professional, my uncle had severe back pain for months, Dr. Mindardi has helped him with scan, and other treatment arrangements ect...We are very thankful for all!! They are angles in human form!! Thank you so much! We are praying for each one of you are safe working, healthy and able to get some quality time with your family members!!

Partner went in by ambulance this morning and they plopped him on a chair in the waiting room severely dehydrated and bleeding in pain with no help at all and he's still sitting there. Won't let anyone in until he's in a room. Come on now!!!

The wait times are understandably long. The staff deal with unbelievable things. A fight broke out in the lobby and was immediately taken care of by staff and security, peacefully and without drama. The doctor - an older man, I am ashamed I forget his name - had a voice a little like Winnie the Pooh? Was so extremely kind and sympathetic I sometimes still cry thinking about it. I don't often get taken seriously, even in matters of health but he did. I had the impression that he and the staff really cared. I will never forget that.

Special thanks to RNs and staff on the floor. They do tons of important tasks and go above and beyond, considering a very insignificant task such as taking care or urination needs at bed side is done with patience, care is sufficient to appreciate challenges they face working with easy to very difficult patients and physical dynamics.I found 99.9% of them are passionate, there are very few who drops the ball with rude, unfriendly attitude gives bad repute for all.

Unfortunately Google doesn't have a negative review system.. Are you in an emergency ? My humble request please don't come hereWanna talk with nice and humble people? nooooo wayyyy, this place is like a helll....are you bleeding ? need an urgent doctor? please please don't come herefeeling pain in any part of the body ? fracture ? come on, of course don't come hereWanna wait for 8-9 hrs or more ? That's your place to hangout..Best way to deal with your emergency is call an ambulance for emergencies!!!

Matthew and Dr Pozzi (I think that's his name) We're the best caring , understanding, compassionate towards my daughter who had kidney stones they got her pain under control. They treated her with the best care you can give a 14yo who was in pain. Both Dr's were very thurl. The waiting time was unbelievably perfect. Thank you for the perfect care. We are happy with the outcome.This is for Ouellette ER 50 times better than the Met ER. Thank you to all the STAFF.
