Dominion Golf & Country Club

I usually golf at the course down the road from Dominion but since the conditions there have deteriorated quite badly this year (2022), I decided to frequent Dominion instead. I could not be happier! Not only is Dominion the superior golf course but it's actually less expensive here! The fairways are 98% soft and lush, easy to hit any shot with or without taking a divot. I had hurt my wrist the week before after hitting a ball off hard ground and was thrilled that I would not have to worry about that issue here. The greens were also well kept and I've enjoyed each round I've played. My only criticism would be that the tee times could and should be spread out a little more. Today (Saturday) the course was bumper to bumper and for 18 holes my party of 4 waited to tee off on every single hole which ended up being a 5 hour round.

This is nice local course and has been here for years. The course is in very good shape. It has almost dried out from all of the rain in the past few weeks. The faiways and greens are in good shape. This course is relatively wide open and somewhat forgiving for golfers with a hook or slice. They also have a golf dome and good restaurant on site.

An awesome place to keep your swing in check through the winter months. The staff are very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Nice course great staff. Unfortunately I will never go back, The management does not honour cards that were paid in full from the previous years. I lost out on 7 rounds of golf that I paid in full

Golf course is in great shape for the weather we have had. Food is great and the beers are cold. A day of golfing is always great.

I joined two seniors' leagues at Dominion last year and was so pleased with the experience, I joined again this year. Not only is the course in really good shape (the grounds crew work REALLY hard to enhance your experience) but the Proshop and Bar & Grill staff are also top notch, as is the beer and the food! It's conveniently located and the green fees are competitive. It's my pleasure to frequent this well run, family owned venue!

Extremely disappointed with the service in the clubhouse. We played 9-holes with very slow pace of play and asked for a rain check for the other 9. We were given a voucher for the “remaining value” of the 18-holes we paid for with a cart. This value doesn’t even cover one of us with a cart for 9-holes. She proceeded to cut me off in a very rude and condescending way when I explained that I have never heard of something like this. That will be the very last time I play there. Time for retirement in my opinion. Simply atrocious customer service. Highly disappointed.
