Such a staple of the community. Very clean and have fantastic and friendly staff. Offers tons of different classes and has machines and equipment for all different types of workouts. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Just a very welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere and environment overall.

Staff at Riverside Family fitness is great, Rebecca at the front desk always greets you with a warm “hello” and a smile. Joey and Julie the owners are always ready to answer any question and get you started on your fitness goals. The clientele varies with all age groups which was something I was really looking for. I really enjoy the classes and the instructors are there to correct your form and push you when you need it. I also do personal training with Joey and I’ve never looked better.

Absolutely amazing Golden Age gym (but updates to keep quality)! Kyla does a FANTASTIC job keeping everyone happy and adds that extra effort to know everyone. Truly a family here. Highly Recommend.

There's good value for your money here.Update: They've renovated the steamroom and they did a great job. The men's showers still don't have curtains 5 months after my initial review.It's usually pretty empty during the day. There's a good selection of cardio equipment, and more than enough strengthening equipment. They also have other group exercise rooms, and free classes to join if you're into that. The pool is small, but looks relaxing. Staff are friendly enough.They have a dry sauna room, which is large, but not really warm enough to break a sweat unless you stay in for 15 min or more.The shower room is extremely old and in dire need of repair. For some bazaar reason, there's no shower curtains in the men's showers. I informed one of the staff that I had a creep watching me naked in the shower, which is why this review will stay 3 stars until the privacy issue gets resolved. Not sure why a gym would forget something so mandatory. Apparently they're also being renovated at some point, but don't count on it.Overall, I'm happy so far with the price and the experience, except for the showers... they're creepy as all hell...lol.

Small, rundown, smelly, mouldy, disrespectful management. Overpriced, also beware of getting scammed. Fit for less or even crunch is way better, also cheaper and 3x the size

Professional and friendly staff, a good range of equipment. For someone with social anxiety, I feel very comfortable at Riverside Family Fitness. Took up some very basic lessons from Darci, she's very knowledgeable and accommodating. Loving my experience at this gym.

What an amazing Gym. Super friendly, always very clean. Great variety of machines. And as a mother the child care is fantastic. My kids ask to go to the gym. Highly recommend Riverside Family Fitness.

Gym is decent size gets crowded easy but all the equipment needed is available. Dry and Steam sauna is great.

I’ve been a member for less than a year and this gym has become my favourite place to be. The staff are so kind and welcoming, specifically Kyla. She’s made the gym atmosphere a positive place. When I first started working out I felt intimidated but as I started talking to her it’s made me more comfortable and confident. I recommend this gym anytime I get a chance.
