I sincerely believe Garage Depot is an awesome company, especially the people answering calls for service who deserve my perfect score when it comes to customer service! The job was well done and speedy as well. 2 things to really improve on:1. People are worried during COVID, at least offer to wear a mask or ask if you're not sure during service2. I am still waiting for my receipt after a week, making me wonder if after service can be an issue if I need follow ups.

Great install and I like the door, and I appreciate the old door being taken away, but quite the mess to clean up afterwards with bits and pieces, nuts, bolts and screws throughout my garage and in the driveway.

3 years ago, we embarked on a journey to build a 12,000 sq.ft. ultra luxury home in the British Properties. The designer has specified 2 very high-end garage doors as these doors were on the forefront of the home. We decided to retain The Garage Door Depot, and we were not disappointed! The doors were made of solid wood and stained to match the walnut front entry doors.When the doors came, we noticed that the stain on the panels were slightly too dark to match the front entry doors. We contacted Amanda from Garage Door Depot, and they took care of the problem seamlessly!I would highly recommend Garage Door Depot to any homeowner and contractor!

These guys are awesome. Called them 2pm and they were at my place 9.30am next day. Dave was great and fixed the door quickly. The staff member who called to make the appointment was professional and a joy to deal with. I'd recommend these guys all day every day. Well done

The Garage Door Depot is one of the best companies I have worked with. They scheduled my garage door installation very quickly, and even upgraded my opener because they did not have the model I originally ordered. The service technician was on time, efficient and very knowledgeable. My neighbours were so impressed with the product and the price, they got one too. I would not hesitate recommending them.

I needed to install a motor on a commercial bay door so I could access it remotely. I knew nothing about garage openers when I contacted this company. Amy was so informative, responsive, and patient and Rod who installed the motor was very experienced and went above and beyond to install the motor very high up for us. It worked perfectly the first time. The price was very reasonable and the job was completed quickly and without any issues. I will definitely use Garage Door Depot again.

Just had our commercial overhead door fixed up. It was a difficult installation, but Dave did an awesome job. He cares a great deal about his work and customer service. Can't say enough about him. Garage Door Depot installed a new operating system and automatic door opener for our existing complex installed door that was old and no longer meeting the needs of our family. They were prompt, professional, and affordable. Their technician Dave was very knowledgeable and explained the GDD hardware he had just installed. Had a great experience with Garage Door Depot.Our garage door springs kept breaking so we decided to use a different company. They weighed our door and were advised that the springs previously installed were for a much lighter door.They did a great job. Arrived on time and grateful that the tech knew what he was doing!

The Garage Door Depot of Greater Vancouver
One of my garage door torsion springs snapped so I called Garage Door Depot on the recommendation from a friend. Our service tech (Dave) arrived as scheduled, replaced both springs, adjusted everything for a smooth tight fit and oiled all moving parts. He even walked me through how I should oil everything myself for continued maintenance. Great service, quality work, reasonably priced. 5 Stars.
