She was very friendly, caring , and quick to respond evey time I emailed or called.Even more amazing, was her selfless dedication to help me, even though her work day was finished.MY STORY:It was the end of her work day, and the day before my loan payment was to come out of my account. I called her in a panic after finding out my pay day was going to be a day late, since payroll wasn't submitted on time. Instead of not responding or answering my call and just going home for the night, she stayed later to resolve my issue and re-arrange payment dates, which saved my credit rating, no NSF charges, and so much more!Thank you Nikki, for going over and above to help me, and for actually caring about the people you help every day!You deserve 10 stars!!!
