Was very rude and abrupt when asked if he was looking to hire a helper or an apprentice. Was not able to say a word other than goodbye before he quickly hung up his phone.

Was excited to hire this electrician, because I was referred to them by several people. They promptly returned my initial call, but then failed to reconnect with me after requesting a picture of the situation. After several attempts to contact them, they texted me saying to find another electrician. Odd experience, professionalism started top notch but did not last long. Additional Edit, they sent me a very rude text message, using outdated colloquial terms towards me. I honestly believe the work I had offered was not as lucrative as they expected and therefore turned me away. I made several attempts to work with them before making this post.

Doug came the next day and gave me a quote and arranged to do the electrical work for me.
