This has recently become our go to restaurant, and we have eaten here multiple times per week for the last few months.We keep coming back because Ken is a great cook, and is very willing to adjust recipes and even cook things for us that are not on the menu.Good traditional Hong Kong style food done much better than most Chinese restaurants. Ken shops for ingredients every day and cooks dishes from scratch.Highly recommended.

Ordered delivery on Uber Eats and was hugely disappointed. After I placed the order, the restaurant adjusted my order price up by 4 dollars without contacting me, and after I called them they explained it’s because “the item now has bigger portion”. What I received was nothing close to “big portion”. The cabbage salad stated on the menu was missing, and only got 1 spring roll, not 2 as promised. Definitely not worth the $21 price (before any taxes and fees) for just this. Will never order again.

This is a hidden gem in Vancouver’s West End. A pretty small restaurant but everything is made with heart.There are must try dishes: Hong Kong style baked pork chops on rice, Sweet and sour pork, Black pepper chicken stir fry spaghetti.Ken is the owner and the chef, he knows lots of Chinese Cantonese style recipes that you can request. All the dishes are full of Wok-hei.The owners shop daily for groceries, so everything is very fresh, and there are often specials, so just ask for what is available today and there will be amazing food delivered to your table.

Friendly service, delicious food. I always try to go for sticky rice and it did not disappoint! There's a bit of long rice in the mix that adds a little texture to each bite. The fried squid has a crispy outside and chewy inside with a perfect amount of salt and pepper for the seasoning. The football has a lot of flavors to fill the mochi like dough

We stumbled upon this place being from WA state and seeing lines out of nearby dining spots. We were quickly greeted and seated by a kind host. We had a great time and hope this place does very well! I loved the specialty cocktail menu, our table ordered different ones and we tried most of them and they were so good! The food was fresh and the chef checked in with us as well. Great food, great service, amazing drinks! Locals- please give this spot a try! We will be back.

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this place for lunch. What a pleasant surprise! The host/waiter was extremely friendly and helpful. The menu is varied and offers something for every taste. There are several vegetarian/vegan options (soy milk for coffee and HK milk teas). We ordered dim sum, sweet and sour crunchy pork, and baked cheesy tomato pork chops (my usual at HK style bistros). Everything was delicious. We're only in town for 2 days, but we'll come back for lunch.
