sold a complete sound system to a church and no support after sale.. now im stuck with this system. they were good in the past. I wont recommend any Sudbury seller like long and mc anymore. I will fix this on my own. thank you.

Play music.Go to guitar clinic.Walk into an empty shop.Polite greeting.Explain community program and ask if they could loosen tuning locks.With unwarranted attitude makes eye contact.SMUGLY says 30.00$#No thanksBegins a rehearsed pitch about how my guitar has a floating bridge and how action needs to be adjusted, ect....Ask him isn't it just 3 bolts I need loosened"Assured me it's much more.Quietly pack my guitar back up as he speaks.Without provocation

Women behind the counter was very nice. She allowed me to shop without harassment.I ended up with a nice acoustic guitar for a reasonable price.

My dad is the one who found The Guitar Clinic for my daughter. She got her guitar 2 years ago and had been plucking at it off and on on her own since then. When he saw she had an interest (and became old enough to appreciate it) his hunt began, thus leading us here.We can't say enough good things about them! Helen and Ben are so warm and friendly, they instantly feel like family. My daughter is multiple lessons in with Ben, and already knows 6 or 7 songs!! Ben is completely in tune (no pun intended!) with how she learns, and how to make her feel encouraged and empowered. She's pretty hard on herself, but he has the magic to make her feel like it's ok to not know something or to error.The lessons she's learning from him far outweigh just playing the guitar - he's teaching her confidence and pride in a way I know she'll never forget, and THAT is worth everything!I'm so grateful that my dad found The Guitar Clinic, and that it's run by the most wholesome and loving people who genuinely care about the people that walk through their door.Thank you Ben and Helen. We can't wait to see what's next! ❤

I've known them for years. When they first opened, they were great. I would go there quite a bit and bought a few instruments off of them in the 90's. I went back there after living out of town for some time and Ben was a total jerk. He would'nt give me the time of day and snapped at me when I asked about the Tanglewood guitars that he had there. I am a semi-pro musician and have dealt with many music stores in my day and this was probably my worst experience ever other than dealing with the morons who used to own Prom. I have never been back, nor will I ever go back.

Went there to get a cable for my new bass, and knew exactly what I wanted. Ben greeted me fair, but as soon as I started talking he turned smug. I told him exactly what I was looking for and right away he started turning me down and told me what I needed". I was looking for a "L" cable for my bass

Closes at 8 I go there at 5 it’s closed horrible door entry can barely find the place go to long or literally anywhere else wasted 7 bucks on buses and didn’t even see a guitar lol

Awesome folks. Quirky? Sure. Highly skilled? Yup. Ben is a great teacher and Helen is a prize. Both are fantastic to deal with if you spend more than thirty seconds chatting and if you have a sense of humour. Couldn't recommend their lessons or their shop more highly.
