They're towing service is open 24/7, and their auto repair shop can gets parts cheaper than anywhere else and do the job right the first time! I broke down about an hour from home and AAA sent a tow from Houlton Towing. I resigned myself to a large bill because I suspected it was the transmission and the driver gave me a heads up that the shop AAA planned me to be towed to charged a lot per hour and I thought my warranty had expired. He offered to take me to Houlton Towing to have it looked at for less so I went to them. Not only was everyone absolutely the kindest out of any auto shop I’ve been to but they called down the road for me to see if I was covered on an extended warranty my car manufacturer had to offer that I didn’t know I even had. They then towed me down the road where it could be covered under warranty. Just on the kindness of the staff and the quickness, I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.

The location on the bangor road is amazing. They offer a huge lounge with big screen tvs, a pool table, air hockey, toys for the kids. Service and prices can't be beat.

Roger and company are the perfect intersection of inexpensive, honest and professional. They are also really good at what they do and were very welcoming. It's too bad they don't do dental work.
