Old frustrated non cooperative man.My car wash app not working due to error from petro canada and this guy refused to give car wash. Hopeless customer service. Will report the same.

Touch free wash and good service

Car wash here is waste. Purchased a Basic wash. Found out after wash that this does not come with any soap or shampoo. All it did was just sprayed water and wash leaving residuals all over the van. Their ad/poster says it includes shampooing. Recommend do it home by yourself with $0.50 water instead of paying $11.00+ tax.

Super easy to fill up gas. Customer-friendly credit card pre-authorization up to $250. Clean gas station overall. Recommended!

One question: is it a garbage bin?My friend left me at gas pump and he went for car wash, I then dropped the garbage - take out containers and coffee cups into that garbage bin. Apparently I made a horrible mistake, because a staff came and yelled “you can’t throw your garbage there!! it’s not public!!”For a min I questioned myself - wait what!? That’s not a garbage bin?! I’ve been doing it all wrong for my whole life?? I explained to her 1. It’s not home garbage they are take out containers 2.We are here for gas&car wash. However she didn’t feel to listen, just kept yelling at me.It’s December 20th around 1:30pm, I hope someone can talk to that lady from this shift: please try to listen & explain, no need to be rude and yell the customers. Unfortunately I still don’t get why I can’t throw garbage there…

Probably the best car wash in Markham! The water pressure is amazing to clean off road vehicles and it really gets the dirt off. You don’t see many of these old school car washes anymore.

Went for a car wash twice this week and noticed a fowl smell while my car was going through the wash. I asked the attendant about the smell and I got the deer in headlights look.

This location is a joke and the “Guest Service attendant of the year” Monir is a disgrace to those who provide any customer service. Apparently Petro Canada suffered a cyber attack and likely all customer info are compromised, but when I asked about the terrible car wash result and a refund, he ended up telling me he can’t do anything about reprinting another car wash slip and refused to even provide the manager’s number for me to follow up. Ultimately after wasting 15 minutes asking him for a number to follow up wish, he jus said to follow up with customer service and to “shut up”. Great representation of the brand here, will never visit this location but this fella needs some additional training on what customer service is and be more respectful with how he treats customers

Convenient spot for gas but car wash has a stinky odor. The one on Markham Rd and Denison has a way better wash.

Touchless car wash, but with a track. The power of the water was really really strong, I was actually kind of afraid it would break my windows, it was that strong. And actually it was so strong that a bit of water came through my sunroof. Don’t know if that’s something you guys can adjust but a little less pressure might be good, before anyones car gets damaged? but overall it cleaned my dirty car pretty well.
